Stairway to Heaven is your go-to beach retreat with three stories of stunning ocean views, modern decor, an outdoor oasis featuring a firepit, hot tub, and covered lounge area. With its central location, you`re never more than a short walk or bike ride away from the pier, Flagler Beach`s numerous attractions, and the beach walk-over. Stairway to Heaven is perfect for your next dream beach vacation

Sleeping Arrangements

1st floor:

Dogs are allowed for a non-refundable fee of $150 for one and $250 for two. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaners have to, you will be fined $500. If you`re traveling with dog(s), please let us know at time of booking.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Beautiful old style Florida home. Close to the pier which is under construction. House is across the street from the beach . View of the beach from a lot of angles of the house. MUST READ—do not bring children. The neighbor complained to Nicholas that my kids had the radio on late and that they were going to call the police. Not true at all. I was accused. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. The master was so bright I didn’t sleep one day. The curtains are so thin the sun shined in at 6:30 a.m and the heat was unbearable. There was only three garbage bags. You must bring toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. I’ve never experienced this and I travel every month. The dishwasher is hanging out of the wall. It’s lose. Jacuzzi only got to 82 and had a yellow color. Would I recommend this home ? No. My mom and I did not not sleep with the brightness in the room. Every shower got hot for 5 minutes then cold. As if it was on a timer. Very strange

The place is neglected. The ocean has rusted out all the door locking lever(s which not the jam). Security is an issue. Good thing the neighborhood is a good one. The front yard needs lots of attention. The weeds are out of control. The third floor A/C is obviously problematic and was the air handler was frozen upon our arrival. The temp was 96 at one point. I do not think any of this is news to anyone. The can has been kicked down the road for a long time.

Needs improvement

No windows or floors have been cleaned. The sliding doors barely work. The caulk is missing in MB tub and drain is clogged. Tiles hanging over balconies need to be replaced with something else. One fell when we were there. Paint the doors and weedeat outside.

Great beach access!

This property is in an amazing location with great access to the beach right across the street. The ocean view from the third floor is great. There was plenty of room for our family of six to sleep and enjoy our stay.

The place was beautiful, cozy and we all felt right at home. The view from the balconies are perfect. The neighborhood is quite, beach access is right across the street. Didn't have to go far for anything. Will rent this place again next summer!

Great location, property needs some repairs

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check in was no issue and the management was company was easy to reach. Both door handles and locks on the two ground floor doors are in such bad shape they need to be completely replaced. I had to use a screwdriver just to temporarily keep the back door closed and locked. I let management know and so hopefully this will get fixed. Place was otherwise clean and the kitchen had every utensil, dish, spice etc you could need.

Great Flagler Location

We enjoyed our stay at stairway to heaven. The view of the water from every floor is excellent, and my seven year old enjoyed the little captains quarters as his room. Be sure to bring a sleep mask for the master bedroom if you don’t want to wake up with the sun (although it was very beautiful). We really appreciated that we could walk to our favorite breakfast joints. It’s a great location away from the late night bars but still walkable to a lot of great restaurants. No complaints! The rental group was very responsive and helpful. Check in was simple, and the check out requirements were simple and few which we really appreciated since we had a super early flight to catch.

Nice Vacation

Overall this property was nice. The house was well stocked with lots of towels, soaps, kitchen condiments, etc. The backyard definitely didn’t look like the pictures and the upper balcony had lots of rust damage. I wish we knew ahead of time that the walkways to the beach were closed due to hurricane damage. Several locals said they probably won’t be fixed anytime soon. All the close by restaurants were great. The house was located in a quiet part of Flagler Beach. Overall it was a nice trip.

Nice family vacation.

Love the location, close to restaurants and can cross A1A to get to the beach. Unfortunately all the walkovers to the beach were closed and we did not know this prior to our stay. Luckily we had friends staying at Beverly beach so we could have a few beach days. Property manager was great and very responsive!

Great Daytona 500 Option

"Stairway to Heaven" was an excellent option for my colleagues Daytona 500 weekend work trip. The house was close enough to the action without the hassle of the overcrowded and overpriced hotels. There are two full baths in the home and a couple of sleeping quarters that were in common areas but that didn't present a problem for the group. The stairs are narrow, but a lightweight dumbwaiter has been installed to help get groceries from the first floor to the kitchen on the third floor. The homeowner is transparent about the arrangements so there were no surprises when we arrived and ultimately was a very comfortable home for our stay. Overall, this is a very clean property and would book again for a small group.
