Experience the spectacular 900-square-foot rooftop terrace, private beach deck and walkover. It's the perfect luxury home providing a space where unforgettable memories are made—together, pets included.

Access to the Home
-Your reservation includes the top two floors of the home.
-The lower level is not accessible and is not part of your stay.
-The entrance is located on the north side of the home, up the exterior staircase.
-The entry door is a side door at the top of the stairs.
-The home has outdoor cameras for security purposes only.
-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 +Taxes/Fees will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
