Welcome to our newly remodeled Country Bear Cabin in Bear Lake. We`re a 5 star Guest Favorite back on Airbnb. This stunning 6 bedroom home offers breathtaking views of Bear Lake in a quiet setting. Our cabin includes 3 gathering areas and 2 large decks. Come and make new memories at our spacious yet cozy cabin. The cabin can accommodate up to 21 guests. Note: We`re a non-smoking, non-vaping and pet-free environment.
Welcome to Country Bear Cabin, our beautifully remodeled and expanded Bear Lake getaway. Fully renovated in 2025 to a spacious 4,000 sq ft, offers breathtaking lake views, three gathering areas, and two large decks in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
Come make unforgettable memories in a home designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation.

This home was designed with large groups in mind, offering plenty of space to spread out while still feeling cozy and connected.
*Three separate living areas â including a spacious great room with panoramic Bear Lake views and direct deck access.
*A second main-level living room near the kitchen with a 55â TV and its own lake-view deck.
*A third living area downstairs, perfect for games, movies, and relaxing.
*Two TVs, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and HDMI access so you can connect your laptop or device for streaming.
Step outside and enjoy two expansive decks with jaw-dropping lake views, plus a private concrete patio with mountain views, tetherball, and outdoor space for kids and adults alike.

Areas above the garage are owner storage areas and not accessible including the garage
We offer full self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience and settle in with ease.

Parking Notes
-The home offers step-free access from the lower-level entrance, with stable parking spots available at the lower level.
-The driveway can accommodate up to 8 vehicles.
-No street parking is allowed. The HOA strictly enforces this rule. If a vehicle, boat trailer, or any type of trailer is left in the cul-de-sac or in front of the house, the HOA may contact the sheriff and it could be towed at the ownerâs expense.
-RVs are not allowed on the property.
-Standard boats and boat trailers (not large yachts) may be parked on the side asphalt area, as long as they fit fully within the property boundaries.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS
Please respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the property. Per Airbnb maximum limit we allow up to 21 for each reservation. For a number above 16, the guest party must get approval and pay additional fees to accommodate more guests in the cabin. If management learns that more than the authorized and approved number guests are staying at the cabin, guests will be subject to immediate eviction.
NO UNATHORIZED VISITORS
Only approved and registered guests are permitted on the property. Any additional visitors or overnight guests must be approved in advance and will incur extra charges.
DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES
Do not remove any household items during your stay including BBQ, tables, Utensils, Linens, Bath towels, or furniture from the property for any reason.
COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS AND HOA RULES
All guests must comply with Bear Lake area regulations and neighborhood HOA rules, including noise, parking, and occupancy ordinances
