Welcome to our charming guest cottage, a cozy and private retreat with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, smart TV, and private ensuite full bathroom, along with direct access to the outdoor patio for morning coffee or a peaceful evening outside.
The living area is thoughtfully set up to accommodate extra guests, with a twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Youâll also enjoy a convenient kitchenette, an indoor fireplace for cozy nights in, and a dining table for two for casual meals.
Outside, the cottage offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Relax on the screened patio, cook out on the barbecue grill, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the horseshoe pit, lawn games, and nearby outdoor trails. A dedicated parking area is also available for your convenience.

- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.

- Guests must adhere to any county burn ban in effect before using the grill and fire pit.
- The BBQ grill must be cleaned, and the fire must be extinguished after use.
- There is a fire pit on site. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.
- Lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask that you refrain from using candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- No shooting firearms or weaponry on property.

- Please move your trash to the dedicated trash bin or dumpster at the property.

- Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, donât hesitate to contact us.
