Just a 20-minute drive away, you can reach the beautiful towns of Osimo and Jesi, which still retain traces of their Roman and Pre-Roman origins. Offagna and Castelfidardo, also known as ‘The City of Accordions’, are the same distance away. Let yourself be carried away by the medieval atmosphere of their old town.
The coast is only a 30-minute drive away. Nature lovers can enjoy trekking on Monte Conero, in the reserve of Monte San Vicino and on Monte Canfaito, or venture out on one of the many cycle paths to explore the area and the various towns.

As you immerse yourself in the water, you can enjoy the breath-taking view of the surrounding hills. The area is equipped with beach umbrellas and sun loungers. Not far from the pool there is a mulberry tree under which you will find a small shaded relaxation area.
Ahead of the kitchen, where you can enter through a French door, is located the outdoor dining area. Right in the corner there is the grill area with a barbecue and a pizza oven.

Located in the hills of the Marche region, Villa Il Morino stands out for its modern and elegant style. With its spacious rooms, the property is ideal for groups of friends and families who want to spend time together without sacrificing privacy and tranquillity. Spread over three floors connected by an internal staircase, the property can accommodate up to 12 people.

The ground floor consists in:
- a living room with sofas and a dining table, with direct access to the garden;
- kitchen with a view, well illuminated and equipped with an island with induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and direct access to the garden and the lunch area outside;
- a living room with sofas, small table, TV and direct access to the garden;
- a double bedroom with access to the garden;
- a bathroom with shower next to the bedroom;
- a billiard room with an internal staircase leading to the upper floors and direct access to the garden. The billiard table also serves as a table tennis table;
- a guest bathroom;
- an utility room with washing machine.

On the first floor you’ll find:
- a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and bath;
- a bedroom with 2 single beds with en suite bathroom with shower;
- 2 double bedrooms;
- a bathroom with shower;

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; pool towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
