Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; it is only allowed in designated outdoor terrace areas. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of $250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or any inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Violations of these rules may result in penalties of up to three times the total reservation value, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. Cancellation policies apply as stated at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or external travel related issues beyond our control.
