Villa Petra is strategically located in the heart of Le Marche, just minutes from the beautiful town of Fermo and the golden beaches of Porto San Giorgio. Fermo, with its charming historic centre, is a real treasure to explore: the majestic Piazza del Popolo, the Aquila Theatre and the ancient Roman Cisterns are just some of the wonders in this city. Throughout the year, cultural events and markets enliven its streets, giving visitors the possibility to enjoy an authentic experience. One of the most eagerly awaited events is the Palio dell'Assunta, a historical re-enactment that every year, on 15 August, takes the city back to its medieval splendour with costumed processions, competitions between the contrade and the evocative horse race.
Just a 10-minute drive away is Porto San Giorgio with its elegant seafront promenade, lined with palm trees and inviting spots for an aperitif overlooking the sea. Its fine sandy beaches, equipped with bathing establishments and restaurants, are ideal for those seeking relaxation and entertainment. Its elevated position offers guests with a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, with the rolling hills stretching gracefully towards the horizon.
The garden is arranged on two levels, connected by an elegant stone and gravel pathway. Situated on the hilltop is the villa, surrounded by a patio furnished with comfortable sofas - perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the peace and quiet of the place. Not far away, a large gazebo features a dining area with a table and chairs.
For a pleasant outdoor dining experience, a gas barbecue and a wood burning barbecue are also at your disposal.
Walking down the driveway you reach the pool area, a haven of pure relaxation equipped with sun loungers and parasols - perfect for spending summer days surrounded by nature.
The entire property is designed to offer a comfortable stay, where the landscape and outdoor spaces blend harmoniously, creating a cosy and private environment.
Villa Petra is a refined residence located in the heart of the Marche hills, perfect for for those who want to enjoy a comfortable and elegant stay.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is distinguished for its spacious interiors and the perfect balance between modern style and traditional details. The interiors are enriched with light tones that enhance the brightness of the spaces, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere, while the exposed wooden beam ceiling adds an extra touch of warmth and charm.
The property is built on two levels, connected by an internal staircase.
The ground floor consists of:
- a large open-space area that includes a kitchen and a dining room, equipped with a TV and a large table that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This airy and bright room is further enhanced by large French windows that open onto the outdoor patio, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. From the dining room, one can also admire, on a clear day, a view of the sea;
- a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and espresso machine, providing everything guests need to prepare delicious meals together;
- a living room adjacent to the dining area, furnished with a comfortable sofa ideal for relaxing moments;
- a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, you can find the bedrooms, which are arranged as follows:
- a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with a double bed and an alcove housing a single bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and and access to a terrace through a French window;
- two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower; both rooms have direct access to the outside via two French windows.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and mosquito nets on the windows.
