Your home away from home in a beautiful setting. This terrific house offers everything you need for a truly enchanting stay. This beautifully appointed large open ranch home offers 4 large bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and two separate living areas on different floors. There is enough room to comfortably spread out regardless of whether you want to relax in the living room, enjoy a ping pong match in the Game Room or read a book in a quite nook.

The main floor boasts a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace which is open to the kitchen and dining areas. It also offers 3 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a main floor laundry. The house has recently refinished wood floors throughout the main level. Beautiful large, open, well stocked, kitchen with new stainless appliances, black granite counters and maple cabinets is perfect for family meals.

The lower level offers another large family room with 65" TV perfect for a family movie or a game night. The Game Room with ping pong table, electronic dart board, electronic basketball game and PacMan game is a perfect spot to keep kids and adults entertained on a rainy day or to enjoy with the entire family. The lower level also has a perfect space for kids to hook up their gaming systems to the TV. A large bedroom, full bath and the office corner to catch up with work emails complete the lower level.

Vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows make this house feel very bright and airy. A 360 degree views of the woods with a beautiful fire pit and a fenced yard to keep your puppies or kids safe makes this a perfect getaway destination. This is a very peaceful and private setting. Enjoy the large covered front porch with comfortable lounging furniture overlooking a beautiful wooded front lawn or enjoy a partially covered rear deck with a dining table and a hot tub. Both are really nice for enjoying the wooded property and wildlife that wanders through. There are 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill for you to enjoy as well. This home is beautiful and comfortable for either large or small group. The House perfectly located less than a 5 minute drive to Douglas/Saugatuck or Fennville: shops, restaurants, wineries, orchards and local beaches are just a few minutes away. Enjoy countless fun things to do in the surrounding areas and return to the beauty and peace of the this home and surroundings. The house also has a new generator that powers most things during a power outage.

Holiday Hideaway

The property is lovely, private and peaceful. Great location close fun towns and activities including the Lake Michigan shore. Just a couple of negatives; We didn’t spend time outside in the yard as being in a very wooded area there were a lot of bugs. Not much room in kitchen cabinets for the pantry items we bought along. Overall, the house is great!!! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out.

We rented this beautiful house for our girls' trip. The house was spotless and well-stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the house was conveniently located within a 15-minute drive to everything we had planned. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't end up using the hot tub or spending time in the beautiful backyard, but we would stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here. The house was roomy and gorgeous and was supplied with anything and everything that you could possibly need. We had 8 adults and 1 baby staying here and this house was perfect for a group our size. Communication with the host was great and check in was easy. We would definitely consider staying here again if ever in the area.

We took our whole family which included our two year old grandson. The house was amazing and had something to do for everyone. Close to downtown but provided the homey feel for our kiddo. Great place to stay for my family

The place was perfect for our family of 10 plus a dog. It was clean, spacious, well stocked with what was needed, perfect backyard for our dog and hanging out, the basement was a big hit in playing games and the was a short drive to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck! We received some suggestions of things to do which was helpful. Great place to stay!

Fantastic home and location

Our family stayed at Dmitry's home for a last minute trip. The home was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for the week. There was ample space for all of us.Our kids enjoyed the basement games so much that they didn't want to leave the house! The serene backyard was lovely for us to spend time outside, and having a fenced in yard was a huge plus for our pup. The home was a great location to get to surrounding towns and beaches. Check out the Art Barn too just down the street!This was our first time visiting the Lake Michigan area and Dmitry offered great suggestions of what to do. He was quick to reply and very communicative.We highly recommend his home for other travelers, and we would love to come back again!

This house is it!

Riverside was perfect for our winter break trip. Quick access to the highway and close to saugatuck and all the fun things to do. The house is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your time. The kids loved the ping pong and the adults played darts late into the night. But let’s not forget the hot tub on the deck watching the deer in the back yard. It truly was an amazing stay!

A great time!!

Cozy, quiet, niceties for all

We stayed for three nights, with family and close friends. The property is very spacious, has all kinds of niceties, large game room. The basement is excellent for movie viewership. The backyard fire pit is a plus. Checkin and checkout very convenient. The host was always in reach and friendly. Totally recommended.

Wonderful Week with Family

Enjoyable stay, close to Douglas & Saugatuck. The house was well equipped, the game room in the lower level was a bonus and overall the house was very spacious for 9 of us. Had to reach to the owners a couple of times but the communication with them was excellent! The only suggestion we would have for the owners would be to spray for the mosquitos so we could be outside a bit more.

Memorable Family Vacation

AMAZING is the one word which sums up our stay. The house and surrounding woods are incredible. From the game room to the backyard to the fully stocked kitchen this home has everything you need. The home is super clean, very well maintained and decorated well. The home is a short drive into Douglas and Saugatuck, and only 20 minutes to South Haven or Holland.
