Enjoy a relaxing family holiday at this spacious townhouse just metres from the beach and pier in Felixstowe. Spread over three floors with flexible bed arrangements, it has plenty of space for six. The house is in an incredible location, both balconies overlook the sea and colourful beach huts, perfect for a seaside getaway.
Furnished to a very high standard, the contemporary house makes a comfortable home from home. Sit and enjoy meals together in the funky kitchen, then relax in the spacious living room with amazing views and watch the Smart TV. Thereâs also a cloakroom on the ground floor. Two of the three bedrooms are on the first floor: two spacious single rooms with pull-out beds that turn them into king-size beds, along with the family bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a small balcony where you can sit and chill. The Master bedroom is on the second floor with calming hues, an impressive Emperor bed (7â), an en-suite shower room and a big balcony with gorgeous views. Thereâs also a decked area and a small patio at the rear where you can sit and soak up the sun.
Head to the beach, four miles of sand and shingle, just metres from your door. Hang out on the pier (1 mile) where you can get fish and chips and an ice cream, go out for a meal, and play in the family amusement arcades with lots of traditional games. Kids will also love the outdoor playground metres from the house. Book a fishing trip, play adventure golf (less than 50 metres away), wander along the promenade and coast, admire the stunning sea front gardens, and explore the townâs history at the museum (1 mile).
