The holiday house is in the midst of the Petzenland skiing, hiking and biking area, in a quiet location on a side street with little traffic in Unterort. Leave everyday life far behind and immerse yourself in a new world of boundless freedom, where you can enjoy the luxury of time to yourself to the full. Let yourself be enchanted by the special flair of the apartment, with a stylish combination of the classical and the modern.
The stylish and generous apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm), and one with two single beds (80 x 200cm), and a big, comfortable living room with a fireplace stove, which creates a homely atmosphere in winter. A supplementary bed can be set up in each of the bedrooms. The spaciously designed bathroom with its exclusive rainforest shower will make your holiday perfect. A kitchen, a separate WC, a hairdryer, a flatscreen TV and a sound system round off the accommodation. The wellness area in the basement offers an infrared cabin, a shower and a generous relaxation room with loungers. The basement also has a storage room for skis, bicycles etc. You can use a washing machine and an iron free of charge.

The beautiful nature and mountains will replenish your energy levels. Take a deep breath and relax on the lovely sun terrace. The wonderful, unrestricted view into the distance will amaze you and give you a feeling of freedom, where dreams are allowed. The centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 6km away. There is also a bakery service on request. It is about 3km to the lake. The lift station (for hiking in summer and skiing in winter) is about 300 metres from the house. The 10-kilometre-long Flow Country trail on Petzen nearby is a special highlight.
The terrace and balcony provide garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. The garden has a lovely grill area and a sandpit for children. There are four car parking spaces.
