Welcome to Hog Heaven—a trail-loving Fayetteville stay designed for Razorback weekends, mountain biking trips, and NWA exploring. Set on a 4.5-acre property with three unique stays, this private 2-story home is just 10 minutes from UofA, Razorback Stadium, and Dickson Street, with Kessler Mountain and Centennial Park close by.
Hog Heaven really is heavenly. It’s a separate 2-story home attached to the main structure on this 4.5-acre property. Although it shares a wall with the main house, it has been thoughtfully designed with its own private entrance, outdoor patio, and designated parking area. Inside, farm-salvaged stonework, clever built-ins, fully renovated finishes, and a creative Go Razorbacks staircase give the home a personality all its own.
➤ Sleeping Areas
• Queen Loft Bedroom – Located upstairs at the top of the Razorback-inspired staircase, with natural light, quirky niches, and a clever laundry area.
• Queen Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa – Set in the living room for additional sleeping space.
➤ Bathroom
Full bathroom with a rainfall shower guests love, plus essentials provided for an easy stay after trail rides, game days, or nights out in Fayetteville.
➤ Kitchen + Living Area
The eat-in kitchen opens into the living room, where stone details and a reader’s niche create a flexible corner for morning coffee, getting ready, or pouring a drink before heading out.
➤ Outdoor Space
Step outside to a private patio, peaceful pond, grassy yard, fire pit, garden area, bridge, and trails throughout the property. Guests can enjoy their designated outdoor space, while select property features may be shared with guests staying in the other homes on the lot.
➤ Bike-Friendly Area
Kessler Mountain and Centennial Park are only about 8 minutes away, making this a strong base for riders, hikers, and race weekends.
