Welcome to The Lombardy Inn – a cozy 3BR/1BA ranch-style home in Fayetteville, NC, hosted by Military First BnB Solutions. Ideal for families, groups, or military travelers, this clean, well-equipped home features a full kitchen, fast WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, and a relaxing atmosphere. Conveniently located near Fort Liberty, shopping, and dining.

The Space:
Welcome to The Lombardy Inn — a cozy and fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home designed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Ideally located just minutes from I-295 and close to shopping and dining on Raeford Road, this home is perfect for families, small groups, or travelers on the go. Inside, you'll find one queen bed, one full bed, and two twin beds, along with 2 Smart TVs, high-speed internet, and full-sized appliances including in-unit laundry. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, utensils, and dishware for six, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. Guests traveling with pets will love the large, spacious fully fenced backyard, offering plenty of room for furry friends to stretch their legs and play. Note: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages caused by their pets.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking..

*The Space*
This cozy, one-story ranch style home features a small living room equipped with smart tv, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room inside the home in the hallway. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances. You will find three bedrooms, one with a full-sized bed, one with a queen-sized bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. The middle bedroom containing the queen bed also has a Roku enabled smart tv for your streaming preferences! The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens. Note: the bathroom door is a barn style sliding door.

*Other Things to Note*
NO Events, No Parties, No Unapproved Guests!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund.
House Rules/ Expectations:
1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350

Other Things to Note:
1. Please park in the carpet and driveway only. Do not park in yard!
2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.
3. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.
Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.

For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.

We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don't forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions.

Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

The driveway offers enough room for three vehicles, with room for one vehicle in the carport.

Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.

1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

*Guest Access*

Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with the exception of two locked closets. The Yale smart lock is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property.

*Getting Around*

A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 10 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Good Middling Drive making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.

*The Neighborhood*

This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm. Please be aware that only two cars will fit in the driveway. There is no parking on the street, this is a busy road.

*Interaction with Guests*

This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away!

Check-ins later than 9 Pm should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home minus one locked closet located within the carport. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.

The Neighborhood:
Located within the Lafayette Village neighborhood, a well-established, family-friendly area just west of Downtown Fayetteville.

Getting Around:
Fayetteville does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas.

1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.

Nice and simple

It was easy to check in and out only thing I’d say is the floor are hard to keep clean but everything else was fine I wish there was tvs in all the rooms and the outside of the property was kept up
