When you're not exploring everything the Entertainment District has to offer, unwind in our 2 beds, 2 bath downtown loft. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by true city life - a grand loft entrance that overlooks the entire living space below. The master bedroom is located on the upper level of the loft, complete with a plush King-size bed, 55-inch Smart TV, and an en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub + shower. 

Venture down our spiral staircase to the open concept living space. Our spacious living room features high ceilings, a cozy sofa with a comfortable queen sleeper within it (linens provided), and a 65-inch Smart TV for all of your streaming needs. Right off the living room is our fully stocked kitchen + dining space. Though you'll have Fayetteville's best restaurants at your fingertips, our kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare homecooked meals too! 

Our second private bedroom is located downstairs, complete with a cozy Queen-size bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub + shower.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests only have access to ONE free parking space in front of our building, so we suggest carpooling. If there is more than one vehicle, they must be parked in paid parking spots along Lafayette or any other paid lot. Cars parked in other unit spots or in the grass/gravel spots will be towed at the driver's expense. Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
★ Once you arrive at the property, pick up your parking pass first and place it in your car window. The towing company is very strict and will tow any car without a parking pass. Do this before unloading your belongings - never leave your car unattended without a parking pass.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Place parking passes back in the property at checkout to avoid replacement fee of $50.

Very nice place for us to stay and relax. We knew there was nowhere to walk to from the property but enjoyed visiting nearby villages etc Nice little pool. An excellent range of places to relax on the veranda or in the garden. Best of all- on some very hot days the interior of the house was always perfectly cool for us and our dog.

Nothing Short of Amazing!

Great communication (can’t stress that enough!). Extremely clean and absolute perfect functionality for 4 adults. Will definitely be staying here again if we can match up the dates of when we go versus availability. Would recommend this property to everyone!!!!

Overall Positive

The Pros:1. Location, location, location. We walked everywhere! So close to everything we wanted to do.2. Fast/courteous response if you have a question.3. The unit was clean and ready for us.4. The photos were accurate for the most part.5. There was coffee! A real plus in my book.1. Check-in was not a breeze. Their personnel had zero familiarity with the property and were of no help other than asking for my reservation #, a photo of my location as I walked around in the freezing rain. A passerby pointed us in the right direction.2. The oven was ON and 350 when we arrived!3. The door keypad went dead at 1am and we were told maintenance was not available until morning. We finally got someone inside (thankfully!!) to wake up and let us in.4. The downstairs bathroom would not flush well and clogged anytime we used toilet paper so we put TP in the trash (YUCK!)5. One parking pass is not sufficient.Overall our trip was a success but I feel it is important to arm the next traveler with warnings and also give management an opportunity to improve. I would stay at this property again or another unit with this company.

We Couldn't Stay & Just Left-Photographs Better Than Reality

We decided we couldn't even stay one night there. First place I've booked that photos way better than reality. There were no bath towels for the master upstairs, could not be found anywhere, only a set was provided on the down stairs bed for two people. Two towels for a place that "sleeps" 6 booked for two nights. When asked thru Cohova property mgmt they responded quickly via text and said they would relay it to the team, but 2.5 hrs later when I messaged them that we just decided to check out they still hadn't addressed the towel issue. Sure the location is good to Dickson St and has a designated parking spot, but master mattress overly broken in, sheets scratchy and has bedding that doesn't fully cover bed. Kitchen space seemed ok and only updated part, but we didn't use it. Small sofa and really nothing comfy about it. Downstairs bathroom is really cramped. I would not take a bath in those old jacuzzi tubs, and for sure anyone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to step into the high wall tubs to shower or walk down the spiral staircase. It just did not meet our standards and we were willing to walk away from $700 booking. Other than a "sorry it didn't meet your expectations" canned text, did not get further personal communication from mgmt but continued to receive canned text the next morning "Hey just wanted to make sure your first night was up to your expectations. Did you get settled in ok?" and "we would love to have you back soon" LOL.

Amazing location! Perfect stay!

Had a wonderful stay here while checking out the University of Arkansas with my son. Location is amazing and the parking spot is very nice to have, right in front of the unit. For 3 days I wondered why people recommended bringing earplugs, and then the train came by and I fully understood. Other than the train noise, everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts kept in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great location and Unique Property

This loft was REALLY cool and in a great location. It was clean and beds were comfy. Parking rules are strictly enforced so make sure you follow those instructions 
 we arrived back from shopping and a car was being towed out of our assigned spot (WE didn’t report it so someone is definitely checking parking passes). Finding street parking for our second vehicle was absolutely no problem. My only complaint is that you can literally hear the conversations of your neighbors, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for UofA / Dickson

Decent amount of space for a family of five, and the location allows you to simply park your car and walk to the UofA, Dickson St., and the Square. We had one minor issue after check-in, and the text service response was fast and helpful. The manager resolved it quickly and without any disruption to our stay. Overall a great experience!

Clean, fun and convenient

Great location. VERY clean nothing like a fresh clean smell after a long day of driving. Hosts very responsive. Note the living area and kitchen are on the lower level with a narrow spiral staircase not great for those with mobility issues but we throughly enjoy the whole vibe of the place.
