This romantic one-bedroom, one-bath tiny silo home in Fayetteville, affectionately called The Rusty Clover, is the perfect place to escape the world and embrace the peaceful serenity of nature. Just 900 square feet, the cozy ambiance and rustic décor make time stand still. Walk to charming, downtown Fayetteville. We are located only a few blocks away. Morning and evening walks are a must!

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.



Getting Around:

If you’re up for an adventure, Round Top is just 15 minutes away to enjoy local dining and sightseeing.



You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

*Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 



*For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, back of the house, carport, and fire-pit area. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.



* When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



* CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



IMPORTANT TO NOTE!

* When booking for 4 people in the SUMMER, THE LOFT AREA CAN BE VERY WARM IN 100+ DEGREES!

* There is a train that comes through town, please note that you may hear this during your stay!

* The loft sleeping arrangements are not fully private as shown in the photos.

* Early Check-In - $35/hour

* Late Check-Out - $35/hour



- Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.
