The space
Luxury & Design blended together to reflect the natural colors and textures found throughout Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas, as this home is both modern and cozy. With natural light flowing into all of the rooms, you are able to relax and unwind in comfort afforded to you with high-quality furnishings & comfort features.

We created Stadium House in the spirit of friends & families coming together to enjoy time spent discovering any given day in Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas, at a level that guests deserve while away from home.

Our open-concept living area allows everyone to be together and enjoy your visit to the fullest degree. Our large Sectional, Leather Ottoman, Velvet chair, Swivel Stools, and Throw Blankets combined with an 86" 4K Television allows everyone to see "The Game(s) or a feature movie, or binge the latest series while relaxing after an incredible day.

If you are so inclined to create your favorite dishes look to our chef-inspired fully-stocked kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful counter height quartz countertops. We have also created a well-appointed Coffee Bar in the kitchen with both brew and K-Cup coffee options, tea bags for fresh tea, and Creamers & Sugars to start your day and finish your evening.

Exploring the culinary side of life? Perfect! you may create a delicious charcuterie board surrounded by other favorite delicacies set up as a buffet on our expansive island. Seating at the island in the leather swivel bar stools plus a round high-top table and chairs gives everyone a place to eat, drink & be merry!

Escape into one of our four private bedrooms, all fitted with plush mattresses, luxurious Hotel Linens, and Bedding, and deluxe bathrooms with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash provisions.

Our First Floor Master Suite features a plush King Bed, Smart TV, and complimentary high-quality furnishing adjoined to a spacious ensuite bathroom with jetted tub & walk-in shower.

Our Second Floor Jr. Master Guest Suite is also beautifully furnished with all of the accouterments and a nice overlook onto U of A. Beautiful King Bed, Smart TV with an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Our Third Guest Suite located upstairs features a nice bright room window with a King Bed, a Smart TV, a full-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with a private bathroom and vanity area. It shares the tub/shower with the 4th bedroom.

Our Fourth is a Queen Suite located upstairs and features a sumptuous Queen bed, Smart TV, Reading Niche' and a private bathroom and vanity area with a shared tub/shower just a step across the hall.

Stadium House is renowned for its spaciousness, comfort, amenities, location in the heart of all things Fayetteville, and safety. The 2-car garage will accommodate vehicles with additional parking for two vehicles just outside the doors, along with 2-3 additional private "reserved parking" across the driveway.

Chillout and people watch from the comfort of the Front Porch with Razorback Stadium looming in the background. Both Razorback Stadium and Bud Walton Arena are easy to walk to in just minutes with Baum Stadium walkable if you don't want to contend with traffic or pay to park.

We have some key provisions for your time spent outside or away from home as you experience Northwest Arkansas. Picnics, day trippin', game day, tailgating, etc..... In the garage/flex space, you will find coolers, outdoor folding chairs, two card tables & eight folding chairs, cornhole, magnetic dartboard & darts, and a 65" smart TV for your use and enjoyment.

It is a very short drive within a few minutes to local restaurants, Dickson Street, Baum Stadium, and Fayetteville Square which hosts the weekly Farmer’s Market. Fayetteville Square is where you will discover the breathtaking and fun "Lights of the Ozarks" starting the holiday season. The official lighting begins on the Friday prior to Thanksgiving. Don't miss this fun and amazing event weekend!

Guests will have access to the entire home except the service closet and one owner's closet.
