Cozy fully furnished modern duplex for rent

Welcome to your comfort-focused home away from home. The property is a duplex, divided into two identical units, each designed with your comfort and recovery in mind. One unit has a little larger back yard but other than that they are identical, but mirrored. We decorated one unit with art from Norway and one unit with art from Arkansas, with focus on getting nature into our homes for inspiration and serenity.

Each unit features: 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms and a large, open-plan living and kitchen area. Both units also have a big garage to park your car and a fenced backyard with patio chairs to enjoy the outside with your loved ones. Primary Bathroom: Newly renovated in each unit and adapted for maximum practicality. It features a spacious walk-in shower with a seat, designed to be more accessible for individuals using a wheelchair or needing support. Second Bathroom: Includes a bathtub/shower + toilet. This bathroom is directly connected to the 2 main bedrooms. Sleep is crucial for every stay, so we have focused on providing high-quality memory foam mattresses and a cozy atmosphere:Master Bedrooms: Equipped with King-size beds and medium/soft memory foam mattresses. Queen Bedrooms: Feature high-quality Queen-size beds with a medium/firm memory foam mattress option. 3rd bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and tv to work as a extra bedroom, relaxing 2nd living room or a place to do your meditation. All bedrooms offer ample storage space for clothes and are decorated in warm, soothing colors to promote a cozy and restful environment.

The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to easily prepare healthy, homemade meals. Appliances: Oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine and with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, knives, etc the kitchen offers everything you need to feel like you are at home in your own kitchen! The kitchen offer a large island that help with easier cooking possibilities and storage for all meals of your day. Dining Area: A large dining table with seating for six people with comfortable chairs. Living Room: Features a spacious sofa, TV, and a fireplace to create a relaxing atmosphere.

We have replaced standard light fixtures with comfort in mind: Almost all light fixtures in the house are dimmable and utilize warmer light temperatures, moving away from the harsh white light often found in rentals. You will see wall mounted remote controls for dimming/switching between warm/white colour in the common area next to the light switches in addition to some stand alone lamps with warmer light bulbs around the house.

We want you to have zero added worries while staying with us:

Laundry: We have installed top-class washing machines and dryers, knowing how frustrating noisy or ineffective laundry machines can be. Fitness: Simple workout equipment is provided, including a yoga mat and pilates equipment, which can be borrowed as needed.

Transportation (Not standard): If we are not currently in the U.S., it would also be possible to rent our car during your stay. This will off course be confirmed before your lease begins. Golf set: We have a golf set you can borrow free of charge! The Links golf course is walking distance away from the house. Need a wheelchair or walker while living with us? We have 2 wheelchairs, a walker and a practical table on wheels for use in bed free of charge!

Convenient location: Only a 10-minute drive to The Spero Clinic or Washington regional hospital or just 8 minutes to the University of Arkansas. Also a pharmacy and medical practitioner 3 min away! Harps food store 1 min away and Walmart neighborhood store 3 min away with both locations having several store and restaurants with anything you might need close by!
