Villa Giuliva is a bright and sunny one-story villa located in Favignana, in the wonderful archipelago of the Egadi Islands. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Giuliva you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Giuliva is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Favignana, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles), a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the closest beach (Cala Azzurra) at 1.1 km (roughly 0.7 miles). You will reach Villa Giuliva from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Giuliva you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars. Please note that access to Villa Giuliva is along a 500-meter (1640-foot) unpaved road.

Villa Giuliva is composed by two separate cottages, one beside the other, with a patio in between. You will rent both cottages as one property.


As guest of Villa Giuliva you will be able to take part (upon request and for a fee) in many activities, such as snorkeling excursions, trekking on Levanzo and Marettimo islands, boat tour of Favignana and Levanzo islands (including the possibility of having your lunch on board), regional cuisine cooking classes.


Upon request and for a fee, you will also have the opportunity to hire a personal chef or require daily housekeeping and baby-sitting service.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 3 meters (10 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs, and it is partly shaded by an awning. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two large sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the sea at a distance.
Garden
The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet). It is partly shaded by an awning and by characteristic olive trees. The garden is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table and hammocks. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside.
First CottageLiving Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a practical fireplace made of glass. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through three French doors. The room also has two large panoramic windows. Here you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first bedroom and from the living room through an access area.
Second CottageLiving Room 2
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming, and include two armchairs. There is a practical fireplace made of glass. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room also has a large panoramic window, as well as a window. Here you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area. Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
