Masseria La Cazzigna is a beautiful ancient property with olive trees that dates back to 1700 and today is a prestigious masseria with swimming pool for holidays in Puglia, in Fasano. Masseria La Cazzigna accommodates up to 13 guests in several units.

Masseria La Cazzigna is surrounded by centennial olive trees and equipped with swimming pool with jacuzzi, gazebo, terraces, citrus trees, pergola, barbecue and an ancient wood-burning oven. In the upper area of the property, near the swimming pool, there is the equipped kitchen with many accessories and a dining area with panoramic glass doors, sofas and tv.
The masseria is divided into four historic apartments,
with independent access, furnished with attention to details and
charming elements such as the fireplaces and the star-vaulted ceilings.

The one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with dining area, fridge and fireplace, 1 sofa bed, 1 twin bedroom, full bathroom, air conditioning, outdoor equipped area. (2/3 sleeping accommodations)
The Suite dug into stone and with fireplace is furnished with double bed
and it is possible to add a third sleeping accommodation, upon request,
as it is very spacious. Moreover, there is a full bathroom and terrace
and it`s equipped with air conditioning, fridge and electric espresso

The one-bedroom apartment on the middle floor consists of a living room with dingin area, sofa bed, 1 double bedroom
with ensuite bathroom, kitchen with fridge and fireplace, air

La Cazzigna is in the countryside between Fasano and Torre Canne, 4
kilometers away from the Adriatic sea. The city centre of Fasano with
its services is 6 kilometers away.
There are
numerous tourist spots in the area such as: the Fasano Selva and the
famous Zoo Safarai, the beautiful old town centres of Locorotondo and
Martina Franca, the trulli in Alberobello, the beaches of Monopoli, the
Castellana caves and the Itria Valley, within 20 kilometers.
The history of the ancient lama, rural work in the green Apulian countryside
Masseria La Cazzigna is the ideal solution if you want to discover the typical architecture in an ancient Apulian lama (path
among rocks with caves and centennial oliev trees, Mediterranean scrub,
fig trees, capers and prickly pear trees), done by the farmers who
worked in the olive tree grove and oil mill to produce olive oil and
who, for many years, have inhabited the characteristic houses on the oil
mill.
The masseria, which dates back to the
1700, was built on an ancient underground oil mill dug into stone and
used for the oil production. Today, the masseria is a prestigious
property where the guests are welcomed in un uncontaminated area by the
scent of the Mediterranean scrub.
The masseria
is a short drive away from the old town centres which are famous for
their food tradition, the crystal clear sea, the soft sandy beaches and
suggestive cliffs.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Pool maintenance twice a week.
- Garden maintenance once a week.
- Air conditioning not in each bedrooms.
