This charming two bedroom apartment can be found in an early 19th century house fully renovated in 2018 and located in the heart of the city of Faro.

It's conveniently surrounded by small restaurants and shops. The decoration is neat. Doubts? Check the pictures! :-)

The space
The apartment consists of a lounge and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a second one with two single beds).

Wi-Fi is available in the whole apartment and there is a TV in the living-room.

Our property is located 400 m from the bus terminal (buses to/from other towns of the region and the country and also to/from Faro's airport) and 550 m from the train station.

Air-Conditioned is only available in the twin bedroom that is located in the upper floor but it's very effective and will cool down the whole apartment giving it enough time. The double bedroom is equipped with a fan and there is also a fan in the living-room.

Heating is only available in the 2 bedrooms and in the bathroom.

Only the booking guests are allowed in the property.

NOTES:

1) This property is not suitable for children under 12 years and we will not accept groups including kids under that age.

2) Accordingly to Portuguese law, passport or ID card data of all guests must be provided upon arrival as such data has to be submitted to the Immigration Department.

The Area
The apartment is located in the historical center of Faro. Pretty much everything of interest is located less than 10 minutes walking: the old marina, the citadel, the sunset spots, the pedestrian streets, the bars zone.
