Welcome to 58 Meadowview Trail, a charming 4-bedroom mountain retreat nestled along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway in Fancy Gap, VA. This cozy escape offers sweeping views of the lush, green, wooded landscape, providing the ultimate tranquil setting. With ample space for up to 10 guests, this secluded haven features one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed, two full-sized beds, and two twin beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot to rest. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companions to enjoy the expansive backyard!

Thoughtfully designed, this home combines the comforts of modern living with stunning natural beauty. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by two inviting living areas. The first is on the main floor, featuring a large couch, loveseat, accent chair, side tables, and a coffee table, all set around a cozy fireplace. A large flatscreen TV provides entertainment, while sliding doors lead to one of the outdoor decks, where you can soak in those gorgeous views. The second living space, located in the basement, is perfect for winding down. With a spacious L-shaped sectional, another comfy fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a cozy accent chair, it's an ideal spot for the whole family to relax. It's also a great space to set up the kids for some cartoon time!

The basement also boasts a second dining area, equipped with a full-sized fridge, a large countertop for preparing snacks, a sink, and, best of all, a foosball table! Rainy day? No problem! Gather around for a fun family game night right in the comfort of your vacation home.

Back upstairs, just past the main living space, you'll find the dining area and kitchen. The dining area features a table with chairs and bench-style seating, perfect for sharing meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, sink, coffee maker, and toaster. For added convenience, a microwave is located behind the dining room table. The kitchen comes fully stocked with silverware, dishes, cups, cookware, and cooking utensils, so you can easily prepare meals and snacks to enjoy with your loved ones.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a hallway with a stackable washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for your laundry needs. It's just one of those little conveniences that makes your stay even easier.

This spacious home features four beautifully appointed bedrooms:

Bedroom One: Located on the first floor, this room is equipped with a queen-sized bed, two side tables, a small vanity with a stool, and access to a guest bathroom just down the hall.
Bedroom Two: Also on the first floor, this room offers a full-sized bed, two nightstands, a chair, and easy access to the guest bathroom.
Guest Bathroom: This first-floor bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, large mirror, and toilet.
Bonus Loft Space: Not technically a bedroom, this cozy loft area on the second floor has a twin-sized daybed with a pull-out twin trundle underneath. It includes a large nightstand and shelves for storage, accommodating 1-2 extra guests comfortably.
Full Bathroom: Located just past the loft, this bathroom includes a shower, vanity, sink, mirror, and toilet. There's a connecting door to the next bedroom.
Bedroom Three: On the second floor, this spacious room offers a king-sized bed, nightstand, and access to a private 2nd-floor balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom Four: Found in the basement, this bedroom features a full-sized bed, side table, ceiling fan, closet space, and access to a full bathroom with a beautiful glass-door shower, vanity, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Outside, prepare to be wowed by the beautiful views and serene atmosphere. The decks are equipped with seating, so you can unwind and take it all in. The second-floor deck also has a charcoal grill for guests to use, though you'll need to bring your own charcoal. The expansive backyard offers plenty of space for running around with your kids or pets, and there's a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, just be sure to turn it off when you're not using it.

Pack light—this home is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy your stay! Towels, linens, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and glassware are all provided, and we'll supply a few essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels to help you settle in. Plus, with the convenience of keyless electronic entry, checking in is a breeze.

Guests also have access to community amenities, including a pool, tennis court, and basketball court. While we don't control the availability of these amenities, we hope they add to your experience. There are also plenty of activities and dining options within 30 minutes, including cultural highlights like the Mount Airy Museum of Regional History and the Blue Ridge Music Center, along with outdoor activities at Skyland Lakes Golf Club and Olde Mill Golf Resort.

Our mountain properties are nestled in the woods, which means you're truly immersed in nature, it's part of the charm! That said, while we take every measure to keep our properties clean and comfortable, you may occasionally see a bug or critter during your stay along with other wild life including bears and deer. This is completely normal for a forested environment and part of the rustic experience. We recommend keeping doors closed and food sealed to help minimize visits from curious insects. If you're especially sensitive to nature's little visitors, feel free to pack some bug spray for added peace of mind!

Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are able to bring up to 2 dogs with a $150 paid pet fee. When making your reservation, please select '1 Pet' even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the $150 fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing '1 Pet' will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!
