The studio apartment is a great space for getaways in Falmouth, it is a studio-style apartment with a kitchenette area for cooking and a comfortable large king-sized bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area which folds into another double bed for additional guests upon request.
12 Clare Terrace, Falmouth, TR11 3ES - The parking is to the rear of the property along waterloo road. There is an offroad driveway (yellow resin drive) which you can use for the duration of your stay. Please can you park in front of the studio door as there is another apartment that utilises the other space.
as we live in Falmouth, we are on hand to ensure you have a wonderful stay, albeit the studio is accessible via a lockbox and accessible 24/7. we are on hand to answer any enquires or provide recommendations.
The neighbourhood is a quiet residential road within the town centre of Falmouth, nearby to the Seaview Inn and Jacob's Ladder Inn, which are great for evening drinks and breakfast alike.
The closest train stations are Falmouth Town Station and Penmere Hill Station. Both train stations are approximately 10minute walks
