This freshly updated duplex is just 300 yards away from Surf Drive Beach. For a delightful day trip, hop aboard the Island Queen ferry from the marina (0.6 miles) and cruise across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. If you’re feeling adventurous, charter your own morning fishing boat or afternoon tour around the Vineyard Sound. The scenic Shining Sea Bikeway (1.3 miles) runs all the way from North Falmouth down to Woods Hole. The paved, level path delivers breathtaking coastal views.

After a sun-soaked day at the beach, rinse off in the privacy of the fenced outdoor shower before heading inside to unwind. Afterward, make your way inside your vacation home. Coastal charm meets modern comfort in the bright and airy living area, where a plush leather sectional and a 50” cable TV set the stage for effortless movie nights. Prepare fresh, local seafood in the newly updated kitchen, featuring sleek quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island offers a casual spot for meals, while the backyard beckons with a barbecue grill and alfresco dining for the whole group.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The shared grassy yard is divided by a privacy fence (which separates the two neighboring patios), and each unit features a private exterior entryway.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We stayed here last year for the marathon weekend. It is the perfect place for us. We can walk to the start of the race and visit all the restaurants and shops. Plus the beach is just down the street.

Great location in Falmouth

Beautiful spot to spend a week with family
biking, easy walk to the beach and into town. Nicely decorated interior and great outdoors. Our little grandkids loved their special upstairs room.

Great family spot

The harbortown hideaway was amazing! It was such a short walk to probably the best beach in Falmouth and a short walk to downtown. The house was perfect for our family, very kid friendly. The owners spent time to organize everything which made life so much easier. It had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was in great shape with a perfect patio. We can't wait to go back!

Comfortable and convenient spot near beach & town!

I stayed here with my partner and my best friend (3 of us) for a friend’s wedding in North Falmouth. The home is a lovely 15 minute walk to main st in Falmouth where all the eats & shopping are. It is more like 3-5 minutes to the beach, which is beautiful. The space is new, super clean and comfortable. Beds were satisfying but definitely on the firmer side, so heads up. Kitchen was fully equipped for chef’ing. We hosted a few friends one night for dinner, so a total of 7 of us were able to eat and socialize comfortably in the house for one night. The outdoor space was awesome. Birds were chirping and the sunshine hits the back deck nicely. Temperature control works perfectly in the home. We did have to buy laundry detergent because there was none in the house, so we left the remainder for next guest. I would recommend this spot for any folks traveling to Falmouth!

Wonderful home - close to all!

We were very happy with the property, which lived up to all of the prior reviews regarding cleanliness and suitability! The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of linens. The location was fantastic- a very quick walk to one of the beaches and close to Main Street! Would highly recommend!

Yearly Cape Trip

We vacation on the Cape yearly. This year was the second time renting this property. We already booked it for next year. It's a really nice property. The interior is newly updated and is well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare a meal. The backyard grill and patio is perfect for enjoying a meal with family and friends. And the location is perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minute drive to Main Street for shops and dining. Our only complaint is that because it's a duplex, you can hear the neighbors but it's not a deal breaker for us!

Great house and location

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Great location to beach, town, and biking trails. The house was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean and organized. The managing company, Turnkey, made the stay so easy and were very responsive. HIGHLY recommend.

Wonderful location, beautiful nautical theme

The location was perfect - a short walk down the road to the beach. There are plenty of great restaurants within 5 minutes of the house. The inside was decorated well with a cute nautical theme. There is a shared wall with the rental next door and so it's not a very quiet place if the renters are up late or loud. The front door lock didn't work and the cleaners didn't do the best job with the beds. Overall though, because of the location, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Fabulous location, very clean and cozy house

Fabulous location close to the beach and walking distance to town. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing making for a nice escape from the city. The house is very clean and tidy!

Family vacation

We usually stay in Mashpee for our annual Cape trip. We decided to try Falmouth and found this property. It was so nice online, we thought it was to good to be true. Well...it was better!! This property is gorgeous, the family did an outstanding job renovating their house! My husband, 2 kids, and Mom came along and we all fit very comfortably! Everything about this house is amazing. Immaculately kept, great location, not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. Calm waters for young children. Fully loaded kitchen, ready to prepare and cook a meal or grill outside. Plenty of yard space for kids to run around and a nice large umbrella for Mom & Dad to relax under! Shops, grocery, and restaurants are all within walking distance or 5 mins or less to drive to! We couldn't be happier finding this property! We already booked it for next year, cant wait to come back!
