Guests will be delighted by the views, pool, hot tub, lake fishing, amenities & expansive trails along the creek & groves. Conveniently located 10 miles to the Temecula wine country & 25 miles to the beach. It is the perfect family luxury retreat!

Bedroom 7: King bed w/ twin bunk & twin trundle (sleeps 4)

Neighborhood Location:

The Pitchouline Estate is located in the prestigious area of Deluz surrounded by majestic homes, vineyards, farms and bordering the National Forest.
The ranch is 15 minutes away from both Fallbrook and Central Temecula wineries and old down Temecula. Multiple wineries around 5 minutes drive to 30 minutes drive.

Other things to note:

The property is 150 acres spanning all the way to Temecula so you are free to hike around. It’s part of a nature reserve, running creeks, harsh terrains, with wild animals including coyotes, rabbits, snakes, so be on alert.

Warning: Coyotes have been spoted by the main residence, please ALWAYS accompany children when outdoor.

CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing!!
There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing
cleaning between guests.

House Rules:
10pm-7am No-Noise Ordinance
The name of all guests is required at least a week prior to arrival.
Ages of Guests under the age of 18 yrs old are required.
20 guests maximum Allowed at the estate at any given time.
No Parties Allowed without written permission and an additional fee
No Smoking Allowed.
No Drugs Allowed.
No Pets Allowed.
No Loud Noise after 10pm.
Overstay after check out will be charged $250 per hour or a fraction.

Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee
of $2,000 per occurrence.

Exterior cameras are for guests safety.

Location of exterior cameras: Front gate, front driveway, front door, pool area, pond area, outside deck area, backyard, side yard

There are NO interior cameras.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home,
not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask
that you treat our space with the same respect you
would show your own. If any problems arise, we will
do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one
living on site.

We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction, we will refund the guest $100 per occurrence per day if cannot be repaired the same day.

Please dispose trash in bin located by gate entrance and do not leave by house as it will cause mouse and pest. We are not responsible for mouse and pest if trash is not disposed of properly.
