Pool heating is available upon request. This can be arranged and settled prior to check in for a seasonal fee. Spa heating is Free and included with your booking.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
We charge a flat base price for up to 6 guests. There is an extra nightly guest fee of $30 per person after 6 guests to help cover the added cost of bedding, laundry, and resources for larger groups. Please be sure to indicate the accurate number of guests when making your reservation. Changes can always be made and adjusted prior to your arrival.

The house and views are truly breathtaking. The house and property are bigger and even more beautiful than the pictures. We had an incredible stay here for our wedding. It is a stunning house and property. Such a great place to relax and unwind with family. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to explore Temecula and Oceanside areas.

As soon as we walked in the door, the house was very inviting. It was decorated with a Christmas tree, Christmas decorations and has a cozy fireplace. We felt right at home and were extremely happy to be celebrating our Christmas holiday there. It’s a very beautiful house on a big lot with stunning views of Fallbrook wine country. The game room has got everything one could ask for. We played basketball, pickleball and PAC Man. There was also a great assortment of board games. Did I mention the infinity pool, spa and bbq area that we enjoyed. The host has every amenity you could imagine, from toothpaste and toothbrushes, to first aid supplies along with a chefs dream kitchen with all the cookware, bakeware and utensils one could ask for including a fully stocked spice rack along with an ample supply of coffee. The host checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and was very responsive answering our questions. We highly recommend.

We stayed here for a wedding at Monserate Winery. We loved every minute. The house is even more spacious than the pictures portray. We loved the view, pool table, hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Eric was very easy to work with. If we have a need to return to Fallbrook, we will be back.

Beautiful Place

This property was beautiful! We loved all the hummingbirds and the view was amazing! Grand Pacifico was the perfect place for our sisters vaca!Eric was the perfect host. We had an issue with the outdoor fire table and Eric came right over and helped us (it ended up being user error). Eric was very helpful and great communication.

A beautiful, spacious property with a gorgeous view! We enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the game room and pickle ball court. The owners, Eric and Neda were friendly, responsive and helpful. Our daughter was getting married at a nearby wedding venue, Los Willows, and it was the perfect location for our family to stay nearby with quick and easy access to the venue as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We all loved the house and the Fallbrook community. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful. Peaceful. Perfect.

My friends and I stayed here for a lowkey bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The views brought us so much peace every morning and every evening. The hummingbirds were busy and the grounds were so colorful. Eric & Neda checked in on us and we always felt that they were available should we need something. Everything in the house was labeled which really helps when cooking/cleaning up to ensure we got everything back where it needed to go. The house has so many beautiful details that really make a difference. I would say a few guests were a little underdressed because those temps will drop up on the hill so make sure to pack some warm clothes for the evenings outside.

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at a truly stunning and luxurious home, and it was an experience I'll cherish forever! From the moment we arrived, the home was impeccably clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing game room, which provided endless entertainment for everyone. Whether we were playing pool, foosball, or just hanging out, it was a fantastic space to bond with family and friends. Additionally, the outdoor amenities were nothing short of spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts, which added a competitive yet fun spirit to our birthday festivities. The pool and spa were the icing on the cake—after a day of activities, nothing felt better than relaxing in the warm bubbles of the spa or taking a refreshing dip in the pool.This home exceeded all our expectations! It was the perfect venue for my milestone birthday celebration, combining luxury, comfort, and fun in one beautiful package. I can't recommend it highly enough—it's a place where memories are made! Peaceful Family Vacation

The Grand Pacifico listing pictures are great but do not do this property justice! It is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable home where every detail was thought through. We had everything we needed and more. They provided coffee, laundry detergent, some toiletries, dish soap, hand soap, plenty of towels and linens
 etc
all of the items that you hate to waste spending the first day of your vacation gathering. Eric was an incredible host and our family enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to several great wineries. We also spent a lot of time relaxing at the home. The kids loved the pool and game room. The adults loved relaxing in the outdoor spaces taking in the amazing views. Thank you Eric and Neda for sharing your home with us and creating such lasting memories.

Christmas visit with our military daughter

We stayed at this beautiful house during the week of Christmas so we could spend time with our daughter there. We bonded during meal prep (special meals for Christmas Eve and day) playing games, and local trips to recommended places (from the guidebook). Personally, we did not pay to have the pool heated which for us was fine. We mostly just used the hot tub. We had other things to keep us busy like the pool table, basketball hoop, pickleball court, and Pac-Man game! The view was amazing and the house was very comfortable. The house was even decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas tree! I would stay here again!

Perfect for Tivoli Wedding

This helped to make our family wedding in Fallbrook just perfect. I can honestly say there is nothing that we were wishing they had. They fulfilled every need and then some. The views were spectacular. The pool and hot tub even more than expected. Just be sure to stay a day or two after the wedding, because you can then really appreciate this special place.

Beautiful property!! Hosts were always available to answer any questions. We all had such a great time that we can’t wait to book the same house again next year. The appliances did need to be updated but hosts did acknowledge and actually had a new fridge put in the day we left. All nine of us LOVED our stay!!

Excellent vacation stay for larger family

This VRBO exceeded all of our expectations! The hosts have thought of everything you might need. We were 8 adults, 4 kids ages 1 to 8, and 3 babies under 9 months. (We used the library as a 4th bedroom.) All our adult 30-something kids & spouses said it exceeded their expectations. The games and pool & foosball tables in the garage, plus the pickleball court and equipment, plus the gorgeous pool made it so very enjoyable. We just used the extra mattresses provided to spread a few kids out in the large master bedroom area, and brought a couple other pack n plays, and we were set. It was wonderful! The setting felt like we were in the hills of Tuscany.

Family Gathering

We flew down from Cda Idaho and stayed for 3 days with our kids and grandkids. Had the best weekend. Everything was perfect and the views are stunning. Can’t beat the sunset. Will stay again.
