Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

SEPTIC SYSTEM RESTRICTIONS - This home is on a septic tank and therefore any products flushed apart from waste and toilet paper will cause a system backup. Any system back-ups caused by a guest flushing items such as feminine products, wipes (even flushable wipes), paper towels, etc. will be subject to a fine in the amount of $500.

MAINTENANCE - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

PETS - Pets are not allowed at the property. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.

Really nice place. Fun playing records but no TV and it was football weekend. We were here for a reunion weekend and they had a great bbq and yard for it but wouldn’t let us have our 20 old relatives over for supper, which was disappointing. Nice place tho. Comfy and clean.
