The luxury Villa "Zeus & Dione" is located on the lovely bay of Messara on the hillside of Lagolio overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Paximadia Island. With its
comfortable ambiance the Villa is the perfect hideaway for those you are looking for a quiet & private holiday villa, but with all the amenities close by.

Because of the central location in South Crete you can use the villas as a starting-point for long or short adventures into the countryside of Crete island.
Modern and individual in style the villa have been designed with comfort and luxury in mind, built with respect to the nature without disturbing the harmony and balance of the surrounding area, providing the same time all the comforts a visitor can ask for.

Built on one level, the villa is easy to access and offers a huge living room with working fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, toilet with shower and two bedrooms.

The external building offers space for another 3 persons and has a bathroom.

In the living room area you can relax on the spacious couch, watch outside the panoramic window towards to pool, enjoy the fireplace or the large Smart TV.
The kitchen is just a dream, it has a lot of space to work, open storage space, a gigantic Refrigerator with water cooler and digital temperature display, a high class stove and all sorts of kitchen equipment you could think of. The central part of the kitchen is an amazing dining table for 8 persons, where you will spend more than just dinner time, since it offers has open view towards the pool and the outside area.

The lovely 50 m2 pool of 1,5 m depths situated in front of the villa, is filled with saltwater which offer numerous health benefits that range from soothing your skin to decreasing your stress levels., which is good for your skin & nature. The comfortable sunbeds invites you for a lazy afternoon and an amazing sunset.

Directly in front of the house is another dinning area for 8 persons, with a modern BBQ (gas and charcoal) and of course a large sun blind, to created shade on sunny days, where you can enjoy and relax together.

The Villa has two bedrooms, one with a 2 x 2 m king sized bed, the other with 2 single beds each 0.95 x 2 m, which can be place together as a double bed. Because we love to accommodate families we offers space for up to 7 persons with an extra bed in the second bedroom and the huge couch in the living room, with can convert into a sleeping space for 2 persons.

Villa Zeus & Dione is bed in a large plot of 8,500 square meters with a living area of 120 m2 and offers a total privacy and individuality. In the quite sitting areas in the huge garden you will achieve recreation. Only 10 minutes drive to the beach of the coastal village Kokkinos Pirgos and 50 minutes drive to the old town of Heraklion or the Airport.
This charming Villa has a unique 360 view overlooking the surrounding area of gently sloping hills, small villages. In South you see the coast line of the Messara bay with the beaches of Kokkinos Pirgos, Kalamaki and Komos, in the North lies the attractive uplands of the Ida Mountains with the highest peak of Crete, the Psiloritis Mountain. The scenery is spectacular, especially the sunsets and views to the surrounding villages by night is amazing.

Animal Farm with bio eggs and goat milk & bio vegetable and fruits for free!

Since this winter our guests are more than welcome to visit the small farm about 5 minutes walking distance.
We have built the farm this winter (2021) and already around 10 goats, 4 rabbits, and a lot of poultry are living here. The guests of his villa can go with him into the stable to feed the animals and observe them more closely. Milking the goats is a great experience especially for children and Michalis will of course help you! Each goat gives about 1 liter of milk per day, which Michalis will provide to you in the early morning at the gates of the villa if you wish.

As a guest, you are also given a key for the gate so that they can go to the chicken coop on their own tomorrow to see if and how many fresh eggs there are. All you have to do is pull out a small drawer and the eggs will be in there.
Perfect for a delicious and healthy breakfast!

In our garden on the plot of the villa, you can harvest delicious leafy salads and herbs such as Diktamus, Kritmos, oregano, mint, rosemary, and many more. Depending on the season you will find a lot of figs, grapes, corn, lemon, oranges... You are welcome to take, whatever you like - it is all biological, we just add water :)
