Escape to this serene 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in Fairview, nestled on Garren Creek. Surrounded by lush trees, this peaceful haven offers a spacious deck and large backyard, perfect for unwinding in nature. Enjoy the best of both worlds—seclusion and tranquility while being close to Asheville's vibrant attractions, local breweries, hiking trails, and more. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this cozy home is your ideal getaway spot for every occasion.

We just turned our office with a sleeper sofa into a queen bedroom, and the primary bedroom got upgraded to a king-size bed. We have kept the office desk in the queen bedroom but are waiting for new photos to be taken.

Our modern 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is thoughtfully designed with a minimalist touch, perfect for a relaxing getaway or productive work-from-home escape. The primary suite features a soaking tub and shower, while the second bathroom serves the additional two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins.

The space
Inside, enjoy a cozy, open-concept living, dining, and office area warmed by a wood stove. The living room has a large smart TV and sound bar (bring your logins for streaming), while the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything, even a Thanksgiving-sized meal! The dining room seats six and flows seamlessly into the kitchen and living spaces.

OFFICE SPACE

The primary suite offers a serene escape with a soaking tub and shower, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Each room is supplied with premium linens and essentials, and both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The mostly level yard is perfect for outdoor games or a casual football toss, and there's a cozy fire pit—though you’ll need to bring your own firewood.

We’ve thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable, including a laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry pods, and dryer sheets, a pack-and-play with sheets, and kid-friendly dining essentials. Parking for 4-5 cars is also available.

Guests will have full access to the yard, as well as the main level and second floor of the home. The basement apartment is saved for the homeowner's storage.

The owners occasionally use the basement apartment for personal stays, but rest assured, your privacy is our priority. The apartment has its own separate entrance and driveway, so you’ll enjoy a completely private experience. The spacious yard is reserved exclusively for your use, offering you a peaceful and uninterrupted retreat. We’re here to answer any questions or address any concerns to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

We’re happy to relist the dates, and if we’re able to rebook them at an equal or higher rate, we will gladly refund you in full for those nights (minus VRBOs fees).

Stayed with our family and pet and enjoyed a roomy and very cozy mountain house. Very clean and private and remote enough to enjoy solitude but close enough to restaurants to not be a hassle. The master bed was very comfy and the back deck was big and enjoyable. The backyard was pretty as well. Kitchen was big and the sitting room was accommodating. Highly recommend.
