Located just 16 miles away from Breckenridge and only 2 miles from Downtown Fairplay, we are surrounded by World class skiing, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, rafting, off roading, and fishing. Come kick back and relax at this peaceful getaway.

The Space:
We invite you to enjoy our sweet cabin in Fairplay which is only 3 miles away from historic downtown Fairplay where you can bike to local shops, bars, and restaurants. The Middle Fork South Platte River runs right through Fairplay and has excellent fishing and there is even a beach to use in the summer time! Tons of hiking nearby and the cabin is only 25 miles away from World class skiing in Breckenridge, only 45 minutes to the hot springs in Buena Vista, and literally a few minutes away to 14’ers Mt Democrat, Cameron, Lincoln, Bross and Quandary Peak. Local wildlife is abundant. We have prepared this cabin to accommodate travelers and vacationers with all the things we value most in our accommodations when we travel. We have furnished the house with all the items we use on a regular basis including a fully furnished kitchen.

We take pride in our cabin and hope you will have unforgettable memories in our space. Our house has ample room for you to spread out all your gear and local guidebooks to help you plan for you next day’s adventure. After a full day out exploring and enjoying the amazing mountain outdoors you will come back to the cabin and relax. We have an outdoor hot tub on the deck where you can soak in and enjoy the panoramic view or gaze the night stars while sipping your favorite drink. Outdoors, you will also be provided with a grill and eating/sitting area on the deck. We have a high-capacity washer and dryer and provide all the basic laundry supplies. We are both avid adventures and can give suggestions on the area’s best climbs, skis, and hikes.
After a full day of exploring Summit and Park County you will enjoy our home’s open living space which invites togetherness and easy conversation. This cabin sits on over an acre of land. The property is surrounded by tall evergreen and aspens. There are few neighbors and traffic, as this property is located on a dead-end road.

Our secluded home is 3 bedroom/3 bath cabin that can accommodate up to 10 guests. We have a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, twin over full and another twin in the bunk room downstairs, and 2 twin beds in the loft.

Gas fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, hot tub, and open living space and of course amazing views all make this a truly special place.
