Arrive at Cliff Edge and park easily in the gravel driveway, then follow the path down toward the front door. Even before you step inside, the home's elevated position above the Great Ocean Road gives you a teaser of what’s to come—through the windows, you’ll catch glimpses of breathtaking ocean views spilling in from the main living space.



Enter on the top level of this spacious two-story retreat and step into a beautifully open-plan living and dining area. Framed by expansive windows and soaring ceilings, the ocean views stretch endlessly across the horizon, creating a stunning backdrop from nearly every angle. Whether you're gathered on the couch or preparing a meal in the kitchen, the sea is always in sight.

The main living room is welcoming and airy, with generous seating arranged around a TV and a centrally located woodfire heater—perfect for cosy winter evenings. A split system also keeps the space cool and comfortable during summer. It’s an ideal gathering spot to relax, reconnect, or simply unwind with a book and a view.



The dining area features a large table that seats up to 10 guests, perfect for shared meals or long, laughter-filled dinners. Just behind it, the kitchen is bright and functional, fitted with all the essentials including a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The surrounding windows invite in natural light and touch of greenery, giving the space a calming feel. A central island bench with four stools makes this a great hub for breakfast, casual drinks, or prepping meals while still being part of the conversation.



Step outside to enjoy not one but two generous balconies. One is perfect for coastal cook-ups on the BBQ, while the other, positioned off the dining and living area, offers outdoor seating—perfect for alfresco dining or soaking in those sunset skies.



Also on the upper level is the luxurious master suite. This room is spacious and serene, featuring a queen bed, walk-in robe with ample hanging space, a split system for year-round comfort, and an ensuite that’s partially open to the bedroom. The bath sits perfectly to take in ocean views while you soak—pure indulgence.



Nearby, the laundry room is large and practical, equipped with a washer, dryer, sink, ironing facilities, drying rack, and outdoor access to a full-sized clothesline. A separate toilet is located just off the hallway for added convenience.



Make your way downstairs to discover the rest of the home’s sleeping quarters and an additional living space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer queen-sized beds, ceiling fans, built-in robes, and lovely ocean views. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are designed with families in mind—each room includes two sets of bunk beds, built-in storage, and plenty of space for kids to relax or play indoors.



Two bathrooms serve the lower level, each positioned at opposite ends to service two bedrooms each. Both include a toilet, vanity, and shower, with one also featuring a second bath—ideal for families with younger children.



The second living room downstairs is a comfortable retreat with lounge seating and calming views of the garden or ocean. Another split system ensures comfort no matter the season. This space is perfect for kids to hang out or for a quiet moment away from the main hub upstairs.

From the downstairs level, sliding doors lead to a decked outdoor area, which can also be accessed from several of the bedrooms. There are some great beaches to explore in Aireys/Fairhaven and of course Painkalac Creek if you're wanting to paddle board, kayak or fish.

The property is absolutely stunning, some of the best views along our surfcoast from multiple rooms. Big enough to accommodate multiple families, nice back yard area for kids, easy access to beach via a short track alongside property. The whole family was amazed by location and views of property.
