Come experience true R&R at our Hideaway in the Interior of Alaska! This is a fabulous, quiet neighborhood on the east side of Fairbanks. Perfect to rejuvenate and reset, relax & rest or have the perfect romantic retreat. Our place is a tucked away upper apartment and although there are other units on property, there is enough separation you don’t even realize they are there. Have a great day of outdoor adventures and come back and enjoy a warm bath in a large, jetted tub or enjoy the multiheaded custom tile shower. For the cold winter days warm up your feet on the nice radiant heated floor. Enjoy peaceful sleep on a comfortable king size bed.
This is an 850 Sq. Ft open layout apartment with a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. We have a fully equipped brand-new kitchen, large jetted tub and walk-in tiled shower. The laundry area is right inside the apartment with a full sized washer and dryer. The room has one king bed. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, private balcony, and the shared front fenced yard.
Guests have access to the whole apartment. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us. There is one parking space in a heated garage designated for the rental unit. This is a unique well-built older building with 3 units total. There is one other unit in this building, and one full time tenant downstairs Please be respectful of them and our neighbors. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way! Quiet hours are 10PM- 8AM.
