Ultimes vacances relaxantes

Cabane en rondins situĂ©e dans un cadre serein de montagnes verdoyantes et d'un lac tranquille. Dort jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. Vue imprenable au bord du lac. Une chambre privĂ©e et une mezzanine spacieuse avec plusieurs lits. Cuisine avec des pots et des plats. PoĂȘle rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et cafetiĂšre. Un canoĂ« et un pĂ©dalo sont disponibles sur demande moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires. Un bain et demi. Vaste espace de stationnement. PrĂšs des magasins et de la station de ski du lac George.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette cabane, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Perch Pond. Cette cabane comprend des équipements et services comme une cuisine et 1.5 plusieurs salles de bain.

boats available for charge of $ 50/ for all 4. Firepit is 250' north of the dock. Wood under deck.
Excessive noise and disruptive behavior will be noticed by neighbors and cannot be allowed. Noise carries accross the Pond. $25 per guest fee over 4.
Please bring bedding and towels and take trash $25 per bag trash removal fee. $15 each guest for use of Cabin bedding.

Repos ideal

It was absolutely perfect, waking up kayaking on the pond taking the canoe out with my son exactly the escape we needed. The house was perfect very clean. Look forward to going back one day.

We had a great stay at Dan's cabin! It's a real log cabin and much larger and nicer than even the pictures suggest. We enjoyed the peacefulness of our stay in the woods. It was a lovely drive back into the property, and the water front didn't disappoint! My son and I found a baby painted turtle and a frog. He fished and caught a sunfish. We swam and explored. While in the area we also took a drive to Killington to do some of the summer outdoor activities. Great stay!!The only thing I would recommend is a different location of the fire pit, maybe closer to the cabin, but other than that it was great! Including some photos of our stay and the cabin!

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect family getaway. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. My kids loved fishing in the pond, swimming to the raft and boating. We are looking forward to going back!

Our Favorite Getaway Spot

This was our fourth stay at this beautiful Vermont house, and as always—it was just perfect. The house is cozy and well-kept, the pond is peaceful and lovely, and the whole atmosphere is so quiet and relaxing. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel your shoulders drop and your mind unwind.Everything about it feels like a little retreat from the world. We love coming back here—it’s become a bit of a tradition for us. Already looking forward to the next visit!

Perch Pond is a gem

This cottage is on a lovely spot on Perch Pond. It's a beautiful swimming pond with no big motor boats or jet skis. The dock and swimming raft are great. Families seem to particularly love this spot and with the big open upstairs with 5 twin beds it seems great for kids. For us as a couple, the bedroom was small and not well ventilated. We were there for the big June heatwave and with no A/C and limited ventilation we ended up leaving a day early. All the beds are on the 2nd floor.Our bad luck. The house is very nice, but dark, and could really benefit from some better lighting especially for reading. My biggest frustration was that the porch is big, beautiful, and looks over the pond, but the only furniture was a picnic table and one chair! I wanted to lay down and read there, and luckily had brought a hammock, but some nice furniture would have made a huge difference.

Perfect Location For Our Needs

We wanted to stay in a place that allowed us to travel to other towns and states. It was a pleasure to return each day or two depending on far we travelled - we did a 2 day stay in Montreal. It was private and provided all the feelings of being a home away from home.

Short stay

Great place to have a vacation yet if you only want a place to stay for a day or two it’s not ideal especially if your staying for your kids graduation at Vermont State University of Castleton. Too far away. Plus the TV had no power cord and the TV is only used for videos which is fine. But the TV had no cord to even work.

Beautiful cabin, property and area

The cabin was pristine. The pond and surrounding woodland are breathtaking. Loved the drive in from the main road..so beautiful in the winter. A well needed reprieve from the daily grind. I would love to stay again in the summer months.

Winter Weekend in VT

My kids and I needed a place to stay in the vicinity of my brother's home. This cabin became available and was absolutely perfect. We kept commenting on how much we wish we were staying longer or able to come back in the summer. It was warm and well equipped. The home was clean and easy to get to--despite snowy roads. The games were greatly appreciated and the beds were comfortable. We loved the layout! Thank you!

Four night at the Green Door Cabin

We all had a wonderful time, enjoying this cozy, homey cabin, and the fantastic view over Perch Pond. We were comfortable inside, and took many walks outside... beautiful!
