The Space:

Welcome to AFTON PEAK, a stunning newly built 2025 luxury A-Frame designed for mountain-modern living and unforgettable group getaways. This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms + a stargazing sleeping loft, offering comfort for up to 14 guests.



The main level showcases an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living area with fireplace framed by the A-Frame’s soaring windows. Step out to the back deck to take in the fresh mountain air, dine al fresco, or fire up the Blackstone grill. Bedroom 1 (king) includes an en-suite bath, plus a convenient half bath on this floor.



The upper level offers a serene sitting area with a workstation and lounge, along with another king bedroom and private bath. A ladder from the sitting area leads to the stargazing loft, where a queen bed and its own temperature control make create a peaceful retreat.



The lower level is where the fun begins! The perfect space for the "indoorsy" adventurer! Enjoy movie nights on the large TV, challenge friends to pool or ping-pong, explore the arcade games, or unwind at the wet bar. Step through the sliding doors to soak in the hot tub, relax in the infrared sauna, or gather around the firepit under the stars. This level also features a full bath, a king bedroom, and a bunk room with two queen-bottom/twin-top bunks.



Located in the heart of Nelson County, AFTON PEAK sits between Route 151 and 29, placing you minutes from award-winning wineries, breweries, cideries, and hiking trails: including Humpback Rocks, Crabtree Falls, and Wintergreen Resort. Whether you’re here for outdoor adventures or cozy nights in, this mountain retreat truly has it all!

We work with a Blue Ridge Concierge. Services that will make your getaway effortless. Offering private transportation, wine and brewery tours, in‑home chefs, spa services, yoga, grocery delivery, and more. They’ll create a personalized experience so you can simply relax and enjoy.
