Ce studio parfaitement aménagé se trouve à distance de marche de la CDB, avec une piscine dans le complexe et peut accueillir deux personnes confortablement avec un lit king size et une grande salle de bains.


Veuillez noter que cette villa n'est pas desservie et qu'elle dispose d'équipements de cuisine trÚs limités, notamment d'un four micro-ondes, d'une bouilloire et d'un barbecue Webber Baby Q. S'il vous plaßt noter que ceci est une unité conjointe et accéder à celui-ci disponible uniquement sur le cÎté gauche.

Getaway

Was the perfect time to visit. Not too many tourists and we managed to see the Ningaloo Star Festival aswell. Was a bonus that it was within walking distance too. Eskimo Joe, was a massive hit. Exmouth is always a place, i hope to call home one day.

This unit is in a great position and you can easily walk to town or to dinner. The unit has everything you need and is decorated nicely but was very disappointing in that it has not been maintained at all. Where a skirting board had fallen off it was not replaced. The sliding door rollers have worn out and need to be replaced too. The bathroom cupboards are falling apart and the shower screen is black at the bottom with scale buildup. The property managers do a great job at cleaning it so it's fine to stay in but for the money you pay you expect something better than the cheapest bbq or the furniture that is so wobbly you're scared to touch it. It could easily be a great unit but is not good value for money at the moment.

The only downside was that the kitchen facilities were limited to a microwave and small BBQ, no stove. There is also only one sink which is in the bathroom, so it’s pretty gross/awkward having to wash all your dishes in a sink right next to the toilet!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was roomy and very well located in the centre of town. Easy access and good parking, quiet. Unit was not very clean. Lots of mould in the shower - it needed a good scrub with bleach. Shower floor was grimy and hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was no toilet paper at all and surfaces needed dusting. Crockery and cutlery needed cleaning and mirror over bed covered in finger marks. It would be nice to have at least 1 bedside lamp to read by.

Very disappointed. Not what we thought we were get

When we booked it was described as a one bedroom self contained unit with limited cooking. But on arrival we found it was not one bedroom but a third bedroom ensuite to the two bedroom next door. There were no facilities at all. We had to eat our meals in the driveway. No patio as the unit next door had and also no car port. When we complained we told to come in on Monday, as the office was closed. Very bad customer service. Ruined our holiday as we came home two days early.
