Jams, a single-storey barn conversion, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with smart TV, patio doors, two sofas, and dining seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and double bed. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed patio garden with furniture and a public car park. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy a memorable escape to Devon at Jams. Note: Four guests maximum. The Neighborhood:
Lympstone is a village and civil parish in East Devon. There is a harbor on the estuary of the River Exe, lying at the outlet of Wotton Brook between cliffs of red breccia. It is locally known for Peterâs Tower, a riverfront brick clock tower built in the 19th century which serves as a memorial by W.H. Peters to his wife. The Exeter to Exmouth cycle route passes through the village and is popular for commuters and brings custom to the shop, cafĂ© and pubs in the village. Local attractions include Nutwell Park, Exmouth & Orcombe Point Walk and Crealy Adventure Park & Resort. Lympstone is 3 miles north of Exmouth and 3 miles south of Woodbury.
