For the price paying , should provide sufficient for the duration of the stay.The house was average clean but not completely

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi guys, apologies for late reply.Ive stayed at this place in the pas5 and it was good, the recent stay was excellent. The couple of reno jobs done was a nice welcome, especially without incurring a price rise.Given the state of the property and price of it. I'll definitely be booking again and so will both of my mates, who's first stay it was and were impressed, given they have stayed in less comfortable or convenient properties for the cost can only be a good thing the owner.Only suggestion i could offer is a bit of pruning of the trees overhanging the driveway on the western side of property, they were pressed up against the boat and scratching it due to tue wind.

Exmouth holiday

This property was great big and spacious had everything in the kitchen you could possibly need to cook anything was located close to shops and cafes/pubs / restaurants easily walk or ride to pretty much everywhere!great outdoor entertaining area with heaps of fridge/freezer space great for a couple of families or groups also heaps of games and DVD for the kids definitely recommend this place for a stay in Exmouth!!

The new kitchen is brilliant and very well resourced with pretty much every appliance and pot you could need. LOVED that it had a dishwasher for our big cook ups. Unfortunately we had no functioning air conditioning our entire 10 day stay, though were told new units were being put in during our stay. The only aircon we did have was in a bed room and we kept it on all the time to try and blow some cold air out into the living area. Didn't work and it was VERY hot and muggy.Despite this, the place was great and we would come back again.

Decor is dated but the house is clean and comfortable and good value. Walking distance to IGA, bakery and Froth pub. Some extras like spare bin bags and a washing up cloth would be useful.

It isn't an flash, modern house it's a confortable home. We thought it was cool, well appointed and a 5 minute walk into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday. There was plenty of room and the outdoor area nice and shady. Good value for money!

Very comfortable and cool

The best thing about this house was how cool it stayed, so we didn't need to have the aircon on all day and night (despite it being March and hot still). The bedroom layout was great too, we could be down one end with our infant daughter and have our own bathroom and our other house guests without kids could be up at the other. We enjoyed the outdoor area and BBQ and the garden and shade is well attended to.
