While the neighborhood is very walkable, a car is strongly recommended for getting around. Public transportation in the area is limited and most destinations are easiest accessed by driving. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available and reliable in the area.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a residential community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7.

-Please leave the keys and garage clickers on the counter upon departure. Guest will incur a fee for any lost keys/clickers.
-A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.

Additionally if the smell of smoking Tobacco, Hemp, Clove, Marijuana or any other organic or inorganic substances is observed inside the unit upon your departure there will be a $500 charge. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities.
