Several of the doors still feature their original stained glass transom windows and atrium, adding to the property’s historic charm.

🚗 A Downtown Rarity – Free Private Parking! Parking in downtown Eureka Springs is notoriously tricky—but you won’t have to worry about that. This condo comes with its own dedicated parking space, a huge perk for guests looking to explore the area with ease. PLEASE READ: 1 dedicated parking space in a nearby lot is included (just a short walk away), however this spot is not recommended for large trucks. A 1500 truck or SUV can fit, but larger trucks will have a difficult time navigating the space. If you are bringing multiple vehicles, don't worry! We are lifelong locals and can offer great tips on finding other available parking options!
