This amazing home offers fantastic views of Beaver Lake from nearly every room in the house! This home is in excellent condition - bring your family and friends and make yourself at home.

This large single-level home is perched on a hillside above the lake. There is a large deck across the rear of the home, including a private area behind the primary bedroom. The floor plan is very open with two living areas. The den area off the kitchen serves as the TV room and an additional sleeping area. There is a screened porch next to the den, providing a secondary area to relax bug-free. Although, bugs aren't typically a problem! This home also has a pass-thru fireplace, new TVs, a DVD player, and satellite TV with WiFi.

This house is also a short distance from Eureka Springs, giving you easy access to the best attractions in Northwest Arkansas.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to local ordinances, any private docks and boat slips on Beaver Lake are not available in any capacity for guest use. Any activity on the dock is strictly prohibited.
This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC.

The cleaning crew was wonderful 
however, it was unfortunate parts of the property were worn & damaged: I was stung by 2 wasps on the front porch while first entering the porch area. I have a severe allergy to wasp stings. Also, pots & pans were thin cheap Teflon which were scratched badly & burnt food was caked onto them. The outside deck umbrella was broken & bent at a 90 degree angle. A broke glass candle was stuck on the deck table with melted wax. Boards on the deck were peeled up and my 70 yr old sister nearly fell tripping over them several times.

Lovely peaceful setting, beautiful view

This is a comfortable house with many thoughtful touches throughout. The home has a both a sunroom and a screened in porch. It has huge windows with beautiful views of woods and the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need. We recommend this house.

Great Little Retreat For Scuba Divers

Great little place tucked into the woods. Great Lake view. Comfortable accommodations. Beds weren’t bad. Great place for scuba divers to spend the weekend. Close to the dive shop and scuba park and has a great deck for drying wetsuits. We enjoyed our visit.

Great family stay

Our family enjoyed our 4 night stay. Great view, close to Eureka Springs, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. The deck has beautiful views that we really enjoyed. The deck faces the west so it’s gets a little toasty on summer evenings.

Disappointing

The house is lovely and in a good location. Quiet with a beautiful view. However, the screened-in porch was so dirty it was unusable, some of the outside chairs were mildewed, there was a large wasp nest by the front door, there were cobwebs on the ceiling fan in the living room, and the bed in the master bedroom reeked of Bengay.

Cozy house with great view and peaceful location

We were here for a long weekend with the family. The location, cleanliness, layout, and space in the house were good overall. It had a lot of great outdoor space. However, I would say the house is a little more worn than the pictures show and for the price. The house has good bones, it just needs an upgrade and a little TLC. Despite that, we had a great time and would still stay again if in the area.

Nice house, pretty view

The house was nice and clean, beds were comfy. The view of the lake was beautiful. The roads are a little scary at night, but gps does get you there. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. My only complaint was lack of curtains in one bedroom, hopefully they will get a curtain for the room.

Wonderful property!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Honey Creek for a 3-day weekend. Good partial view of Beaver Lake. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! Very roomy. House was better than the pictures! Management was very responsive to minor maintenance issue during our stay. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Snowed Out

This was a unique experience. I surprised my wife and kiddo with a weekend getaway for Valentine's Day, but was unfortunate enough to have it land on the same weekend as a winter storm with both rapid snowfall and dangerous temperatures. While this made the trip there a little sketchy at times, (the dam was pure ice, be careful!), it had no real effect on the property itself. When we arrived, it was nice and easy to get in, and settle in for the night (although it took a little time to get the heat to a decent level, i can attribute that to the single digit temps and multitude of windows). The long and short of it is the place is really nice, the view was great (during the winter with no leaves mind you) the beds were fine and everything about it was very homey. If i had to say something negative, it would be the wifi was pretty weak and i couldn't chromecast anything, which was a bummer but also not the reason we booked a cabin in the woods with a beautiful view. The trip ended unfortunately early however when the real snow started to fall and the temps dropped even further. The power did go out and left us there in quite a bad spot. I will say that the property manager was incredible to work with though and made the best of a bad situation. All in all, i was very happy with the experience i had with the property and the property management. Next time i take a trip to the area, i will definitely book with them.

A well needed get away

We arrived at house a bit early but walked in to a beautiful view of the lake. The house was clean and set up for our week stay. If I had anything to complain about was the single ply toilet paper. Lol . Would recommend to anyone that needs to just unplug and get away
