The space
This condo was remodeled in 2018 with all new floors, kitchen, paint, and fixtures. Let your worries melt away as you relax to filtered lake views on our lovely balcony and upscale patio furniture. Or, come inside to enjoy the fireplace of our modern and updated Lake Tahoe Condo.

Five stair flights up from the free parking area, our condo is elevated above the forest and shares views with the mountaintops. With 100s of miles of trails accessible from the front door, this charming home is perfect for remote workers, ski birds, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Downstairs, there are 2 full bathrooms, 2 medium sized bedrooms, and laundry. Upstairs is the open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room complete with a gas fireplace, a wide assortment of cookware, and balcony access.
Guest access
There is a large parking lot in which you can leave your vehicles. There are no assigned parking spots so you may park wherever you'd like. Parking is free.

We will provide you with a door access code so you can let yourself into the condo whenever you arrive.
Other things to note
Please be aware that like many Tahoe properties, this condo has 5 flights of stairs to the front door.

In the past, this condo was rented as a shared living space (mentioned in the reviews). However, it is now entirely rented on Airbnb and is no longer a shared living space.
