The bed was extremely comfortable, other furnishings were nice. The shower is small (I’m 5’11” 240 pounds and it was fine for me but larger framed people might have an issue. That said, the towels, sheets, bedding etc were all great. There is a mini fridge (no freezer) which hosts stock with water and they also put out several snack options. Room also has a coffee maker, toaster, fold out desk and office chair, large smart tv with all major apps, and AC unit that worked great and was easy to control. Communication, check in, access was easy and convenient and hosts were very nice. It was a cheaper option than any hotels in town and I would 100% stay there again when in Eugene. There is a dedicated parking spot in the driveway and access is around the side of the main house.

The suite was cozy and immaculate with everything we needed for a week’s stay. The kitchenette was stocked with an assortment of coffee and teas, honey, sugars as well as some fresh fruit and snacks. The yard and patio are just beautiful and very serene. We met our hosts and they couldn’t be nicer or more genuine about making their guests feel comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we hoped for

It is in a beautiful backyard guest house. It was clean, well maintained and the hosts had thought of everything. They provided instructions and were quick to answer questions. The mattress was really comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. It felt safe to come and go in the evening. We checked in after a late flight and had no problems at all.

Perfect little gem

The place was clean, quiet, and well-decorated, but what really set it apart was the personal touches - snack basket, freshly baked banana muffins, bathrobe and slippers, and attention to detail in every area. Jacuzzi was also great. Communication with owner was quick and pleasant. One of the best stays I've ever had.

Just what I needed!

I was recently in Eugene, Oregon for a business trip and wanted to get a place that was close to where my meetings were going to be held. It was an expedited training that normally takes 14 days condensed down to seven. This meant 12 to 14 hour days. I had no time to go to the grocery store. Do any shopping or anything else. These hosts were so accommodating to my needs and checked in with me regularly to see if I need anything restocked or had any additional wants. It was so reassuring to know after a long, hard day I could come home and I would have everything I needed to finish my day and then start my day early the next morning. It was the perfect place for me and I look forward to staying there again.

I had a great stay! The hosts were great communicators and were very considerate. The suite was clean and really cozy, and I enjoyed my time in the hot tub. It was very relaxing to sit outside in such peace and quiet. I will definitely book this stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Charming Studio

Charming, immaculate, and quiet studio apartment. Host was very responsive and thoughtfully left several "munchies" for us. It was just what we needed for our visit with friends. Very nice and private patio for sitting outside with morning coffee, bagels, cream cheese, and fruit all left by our host.
