Step outside to a cozy patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for relaxed evenings and lakeside cookouts. Bring your boat or golf cart—there’s parking for up to 5 vehicles, including room for trailers.

Located in the heart of downtown Eufaula, you’ll be just blocks from the amphitheater, Xtreme Marina, Captain John`s, and Jellystone Park. You’re welcome to bring your golf cart to cruise around town with ease.

**A $120 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.

***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

1- To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
2- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. (No parties/events)
3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
