Welcome to Memory Lane- 91 Ridgeline Rd
Experience the ultimate family vacation in this spacious and stunning 4-bedroom home. With a loft office/movie room and a master bedroom on the ground level, this home offers both privacy and comfort. Upstairs, you'll find two ensuite bedrooms and a fantastic bunk room that can sleep up to 8 people. The living area is perfect for both large gatherings and cozy nights in, with an open layout and a luxurious kitchen overlooking the inviting living room.

Indulge in the breathtaking views from one of the four porches or take a leisurely stroll to the nearby Tower Court Pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Carlton Landing offers a plethora of activities to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Additionally, this home is equipped with a Trager Flat Top griddle, patio fireplace and a woodburning firepit, ensuring that you can enjoy delicious meals and cozy evenings outdoors.

Perfect spot for a 40th birthday getaway! Plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The place was stocked with everything you could think of, which made the stay super easy. The lake view is beautiful and the location is great—close to things to do but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

4th of July

Wonderful house in a great location. Beds were comfortable, living room was great for lounging and our kids enjoyed the patio playing darts. Being next to the pool and pickle ball courts was really convenient. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. It’s a great house if you have a large group.

Perfect Bach Party

We stayed here for a bachelorette party this past weekend, and it was amazing! The house was a perfect fit for our party of 9, and it could comfortably hold about two more. 14 would be a squeeze, but it would work. The house came with a lot of great stuff that we didn't need to bring, like pool/lake towels, tons of dishes/cooking pans, and many other extras! The house was in a great location, where we had a view, but we were also close to one of the pools. Parking was a little confusing, but we worked it out with the host where we could park 4-5 cars. Host communicated and when there was a problem, they had someone on site in 30 minutes! Would stay here again! Super clean and great spot, we especially loved all the decks and porches. Tons of room for all the decor we had too!

Girls Weekend is just what we needed!

We had a great time overall. The fire place outside wasn't working and the lighters weren't working so we couldn't use the firepit. It was also a bit challenging to find things in the kitchen but that can be the fact in most places. We also had a bit of a hard time getting into the house. I think the directions could be a bit clearer. The last thing is the lack of eating establishments there. The pizza restaurant was great, BUT when we went to order, there was a 2-hour wait. We ended up changing up our plans and making one of our dinners that night, which was fine, but I think if we had known that, we would have planned accordingly. It may be good to let the guests know, especially during high season. We loved the beds (and availability of plugs, especially in the bunks), the bathroom amenities, all of the extra towels, and the proximity to the pool (you should totally add that to the listing!). Also, if anyone wants to rent a boat, we used XTreme rentals and LOVED them. They recommended Ross as a driver and he was fabulous so you could add that to the book. It was a highlight of the trip. Thank you for your promptness of answering any questions we had too. You are a great host!

We loved Carlton Landing. This property was great for our whole family. So much room and several common areas to play games and all eat together. Just a quick walk to the pool. Having a golf cart was great to tootle about the community too. ( we rented one). The kitchen was spacious and very glad for 2 refrigerator and a dedicated ice maker. Lots of steps but was fine for most of us are young and able. We would love to come back and stay again

Memory Lane- amazing house with great views

Hiking, mahjong, facials (Beauty Bar 34), meals by Down Low Eatz (to die for), sunrise/sunsets on the patios, pickleball, golf cart cruises, etc. you could not ask for a better location, home, or backdrop for an amazing girls weekend.

Perfect retreat!

Our group of friends serve as a leadership team and needed a great place to visit and also get a lot of work done. The house was perfect from coffee on the porches in the morning to work in the kitchen, living room and screened in porch. Beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. We loved our stay!

Everything We Hoped For!

We just had the most incredible weekend here with our large family (9 adults, 2 kids)! From the moment my wife, kids, and I walked in, we were blown away by the spacious, beautifully decorated house. The open floor plan made it so easy for everyone to hang out together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making meal times a breeze. Each bedroom was comfortable, guaranteeing everyone got a good night's sleep. The MANY porches and enclosed patio were all perfect for views, coffee, relaxing, and family game nights while watching the Olympics in the background as well! Carlton Landing itself was a dream location for our family. There were so many activities nearby to keep everyone entertained. We took leisurely walks around the picturesque neighborhood, and the kids had an absolute blast at Rosebud park and the swimming pool right out our front door. The friendly community vibe made us feel right at home. Plus, the property manager, April, was fantastic and easy to communicate with—always responsive and helpful. We are excited for this new annual tradition for our growing families!

Loved it!

The property was beautiful and has everything we needed. Our host quickly responded to all of our questions. There was a lot to do at Carlton Landing including yoga, swimming right next to the house, great restaurants, inflatables in the lake and a great band one evening at the market center. Highly recommend!
