Mountain Meadow Escape – Upscale Town Home with gorgeous mountain views and lake views, air conditioning, game room, and more! This condo provides beauty, comfort, convenience and fun for your Estes Park vacation!

It is located just 3.5 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park - Beaver Meadows Entrance and 4 miles to downtown Estes Park. It is close to all restaurants and activities, but also removed from the ‘hustle and bustle’ of town with beautiful, spacious views. It is walking distance to Mary’s Lake where you can fish, picnic, and hike.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath town home will amaze you from the minute you step in the door! The big sky and mountains are open to you from every window. Beautiful hardwood floors and tile bring warmth and luxury throughout this home.
The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, a large island, new stainless appliances including a range with gas burners and 2 separate ovens. It is a chef’s dream! It is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, and every amenity that you could need. The large dining room table and bar (with bar stools) can comfortably seat 8 people.
The living room is furnished with comfortable chairs and a large sofa. It has a flat screen Smart TV with cable so guests may use the apps to access their private accounts. The Town home has central air conditioning to provide cool comfort during warm summer months – which is rare in Estes Park! The gas fireplace will warm you on cool days or on wintry evenings
Just steps away is the upper level deck with breathtaking views of the mountains and Mary’s Lake. It also includes a brand-new propane gas grill and a propane fire pit/table. Spend time relaxing, sitting by the fire, watching wildlife and enjoying the beautiful view.
Upstairs is the spacious Master bedroom with a King bed and desk. The Master bathroom suite has two sinks, granite counters and tile floors. The over-sized shower has tile and is large enough to include a shower seat. A lovely granite and tile half bath is also located in the hall upstairs.
Remote working? Take advantage of high-speed internet with up to 1GB download speeds and enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains while making your work calls!
Downstairs opens to the awesome game room and the downstairs patio. The game room includes a brand new, top-of-the-line, shuffleboard table, as well as a Foosball table. Perfect for kids and adults! The game room is spacious, with a Queen-sized futon and large flat screen TV with cable. The downstairs patio has several seats with a walkout to the beautiful meadow where elk and other wildlife frequently roam.
The two guest bedrooms are located on this lower level. One bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a storage ottoman and chest. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and couch. The large Jack and Jill bath has granite and tile with a tub/shower combination.
For added convenience, a large, high efficiency Washer and Dryer with supplies are available for your use in the laundry room.
Estes Park is a wonderful place with so many outdoor options

This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 22 through October 19, 2026. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

No Pets, No Smoking, No events. No more then 8 people on the property at any time, no more then 3 cars at any time. The person renting/name on the account must be present.

Wonderful accommodations!!

The perfect "home away from home" and vacation area. Located in a very quiet area, close to entrance to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. It was so nice to return to after a long day of hiking, rafting and sight-seeing. I highly recommend staying here and I'm sure we will be returning.

Fantastic VRBO

We had a beautiful view of Mary's Lake. It had a rural feeling and yet we were close to downtown Estes. Perfect set up for a family with small children as the lower level had bunkbeds and a private bedroom, sharing a Jack and Jill bath. Very pleased with the cleanliness. Nice laundry facilities.

Wonderful stay

The property is located in a very nice and well-kept residential community. The views were stunning and the home very clean and well appointed. Master suite bed was not comfortable for us, perhaps suitable for those who prefer very soft beds. Home is very welcoming, we loved our stay!

Great townhouse right outside of town with a great view. Everything was super accessible by car. The property manager was very responsive and nice to work with. Wish there were 2 twin beds instead of the bunkbeds, Would comeback again.

Relaxing Mountain Views

We had a great stay in Estes Park at Renee's property. The house was a great size for our family of eight. We enjoyed sitting on the back balcony with it's amazing view of the mountains and Mary's Lake. We also enjoyed nightly visits to Mary's Lake. Our kiddos love climbing on the rocks. This is our second stay here and both were relaxing and enjoyable. The house is clean, the instructions are clear and Renee always answered any messages.

Very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice place and great location just outside of Estes Park. The condo was clean, they had extra towels, very pleasing back balcony with a great view. It was also very quiet and peaceful. There is also a private garage just in case of bad weather. We will come back here again!

Beautiful Estes Park

Such a lovely home in the Estes Park. We loved the view of Mary’s Lake and the wildlife that came to “visit” everyday. The home was clean and the owners very attentive. We found the location perfect, far enough away from downtown to enjoy the natural beauty of the area, close enough to be in heart of it within 5-7 mins. Definitely consider staying here!

I chose this rental based on the pictures on- line, information given & reviews . All proved to be “spot on” in description. Even though this trip was only my husband & I we wanted a scenic view to relax in while there. Beautiful view from inside & deck. We saw a large group of elk close range one evenenig . It was centrally located to town & all the parks. Beds were comfortable & condo well supplied. Would definitely return.

Short respite

The home is beautiful seven minutes to downtown. Absolutely fell in love with this rental. Everything you need stunning views, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Within Short drive to the entrance to the park will definitely be returning.
