Located 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, Unit 9 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath duplex cabin with a personal hot tub. Cabin features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette (mini fridge/no oven), dining table, wood-burning fireplace, and a gas grill on the patio. Enjoy cable TV with free DVD movie rentals, free snowshoe rentals, and downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Dogs welcome with approval $25 per dog/per night (max 2 dogs/no other pets) no smoking please. Sleeps 4.

Not too bad

This property was pretty nice. The cabin had everything you need. Checking in was pretty easy. And i did like the way they had it set up to get into your unit. The furniture was comfortable and looked cery clean. The kitchen was very small but was just right for my husband and I. I was disappointed that it did not have an oven. The unit was right on the highway that takes you into Rocky Mountain National Park and was only 3 miles from the entrance. Also it was very easy to get to the store from the cabin. Now i will tell you about the things i was pretty unhappy with. So when we were on our way i did message to see if we shortened our stay by 1 day if we would get refunded for the 1 day. This was because I had the date wrong in my planner. The person that messaged me back was named Lee and told me no that i would not be refunded. This was not a big deal we just decided we would stay the whole time and enjoy ourselves. It kind of felt like a win and that we got an extra day that we didnt know we had. We then got scammed out of quite a bit of money. We werent going to have enough money for gas, hotel, and food to get home if we were to stay. We had to leave 2 days early and were unable to get refunded for those days. Let me clear none of this was the fault of the cabin place. I understand their cancelation policy means no refund but i wish they had room for extenuating circumstances.

Clean and very cozy just to nit pic.... Just wish the firewood was provided to burn and the internet was a bit better to stream the Netflix etc. Other than that all is good.

Our Time in Estes

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised and made for a cozy retreat. The check in process and communication was excellent. Amenities provided were clean and well kept. Our only issues were we couldn't get the fan in the bedroom to turn on, had to unplug the lamp in there to shut off the light, the carpet needed cleaning, and landscape could use a once over. Thank you for opportunity to stay. We will recommend it to friends.

Cabin was clean and very nice to stay in. Hot tub was clean and comfortable and easy to use. Unfortunately due to fires in the area and across the road, which we were evacuated for, we decided to leave early.

Perfect place to stay close to RMNP

This cabin was the perfect place to stay! It was away from all the craziness of traffic in Estes Park and close enough for trips to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was clean, easy to check in to, and had everything we needed.

Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park adventures

My wife and wanted to spend time in the National Park and explore the area. The place is in a perfect location. 5 minutes to one of the park entrances and 15 minutes to the entrance for Bear Lake area. The cabin was great. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed.

It was nice and cozy

Hi. The cabin was cozy, it had a smell of cigarette smoke... the hot tub was awesome. It was dog friendly. So we appreciate that. The only bad thing is we couldn't check in until 4 o'clock!! That was a bummer, even 3 o'clock would be better. Thanks.

Great little place!

To say the property matches the pictures and the description would be an understatement. It was absolutely perfect for a getaway with my girlfriend and only 3 mi from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Would rent again without hesitation!

Wonderful convenient getaway

Well appointed cottage, very comfortable and clean although does have lingering old smoky smell. Loved how many great big towels were provided and hot tub was very relaxing. Others should be aware the fridge is a tiny dorm style, but the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Shuttle runs from across the street to in town. Great location.

Acceptable pet friendly spot for a short stay.

We selected this property primarily because it is pet friendly, and located close to the river. However, we didn’t realize that it is across a fairly busy highway from the river. And, the grounds surrounding the property are not ideal for walking pets, but they are acceptable. Overall, the property is OK but a little “tired”.

The property was just as I’d expected from other reviews. It was clean and well maintained. It was a great location to town and to the park. Planning to stay here again the next time we go! Exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway!

Our stay was going well but there were a couple of things that are less than desirable. 1) there was a PUTRID smell that smells like decaying fish all throughout the apartment. All windows open and fans going is not helping the stench. It was so bad when we arrived that we couldn’t stay inside until it had aired out for roughly an hour to make it tolerable. 2) The exit was blocked so turning around our truck has been extremely difficult. There was one way in and one way out but the way out is blocked by traffic barrels and a construction stop light. We’re having to squeeze our way back through the one way entrance with almost no visibility on the street because of the way it’s designed. If a car is entering the property, they have the right of way which forces me to have to reverse and start over. Maintenance guy came and said it smells like dead mouse but when the manager came he said he didn't smell anything other than food left in the trash. Interesting because it smelled like that when we first opened the door when we checked in. Manager brought fan and febreeze. We have not heard from management afterwards
there was no follow up. Overall, not happy with the management handling this issue.
