Step into Nisa Mountain 36, a luxurious two bedroom condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing your meals. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your upper deck or lower patio, while taking in the brilliant night skies. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the comfortable sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV and magnificent mountain views from your living space and deck. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. The main level guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a hall bathroom with bath tub / shower combo. Down the stairs, you'll enter the large Master suite. This private bedroom features a King bed, Twin bunk beds, a fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, walk out patio, and private full bathroom with two sinks, jetted tub and separate shower. Downstairs you'll also find your private, full-size washer/dryer. Nisa Mountain 36 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Loved this place! We felt like we were in a home away from home. There was a well stocked kitchen, and even tide pods for doing a couple loads of laundry. It was exceptionally clean and convenient - only 10 minutes from downtown Estes. The ONLY complaint was that the downstairs was pretty cold the whole time- we couldn’t get the temperature above 64 degrees. It didn’t bother me, but my husband and daughter thought it was a bit chilly. We would 100% recommend this place!!!

We loved staying here (two adults, 3 kids) and the location near RMNP was really convenient. The view was even better than expected! The kids loved the downstairs area and pool, we loved the deck and hot tub!

Enjoyed the stay and the cozy accommodations. Location had wonderful Mountain Views. We had everything we needed. Would recommend bringing DVDs if wanting to watch movies in master suite downstairs. Lovely place.

Great place to stay overall. I wish there was an additional comfortable chair to sit on in the tv area. We had 4 adults, so one person sat in the lounge chair, two on the couch, and the other person had to sit on the kitchen chair.

Great stay with a few small issues

First, we loved the location and layout of the place for our family. We were grandparents (ages 80 and 90) and two adults with small children. The location was great, the kitchen was well stocked. We liked being away from the crowds and the views were nice. Issues: The main floor of the house didn't have a walk-in shower, so wasn't handicap friendly. The thermostat was hard to control and there were no instructions on how to use it. The TV was not a smart TV and the cable options were weird and very limited. Like there was a version of HBO but not regular HBO, no Nick, no CBS/NBS/ABC or even Fox news. The bunk bed downstairs was super rickety! Even our kids were sketched out, so we put the top mattress on the floor. It seemed legitimately unsafe and swayed from side to side when they were getting into it.

Great rental!

Property was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. Rentals around us were quiet. It’s far enough from town that it’s not busy but a short drive to get to everything. It’s close to the Bear Lake entrance of RMNP. Also 4 mins from Twin Owls restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. We had an amazing time in Estes Park!

Great location and property but incorrect listing information. Advertised private hot tub which was not the case. Property manager stated they did not have access to vrbo details. No apology for the inconvenience just stated we weren’t charged a hot tub fee. We booked this space due to the hot tub so very disappointed in the false advertisement.
