Three bedrooms with queen size beds, one full sized pull out couch and 2 bathrooms!
Beautiful large space with plenty of room to spread out! 15â long Kitchen Island makes for great entertaining. Large 75â tv with all of your streaming sign in capabilities. Each bedroom is equipped with 50â streaming TVs for those of you that need that tv on to fall asleep! 2 modern full bathrooms with beautiful custom tile work!
***Disclosure the fireplace is 50 years old, no longer functional and is just for looks***
Guests have access to the entire condo. Privately to themselves.
We love having interaction with guests when they arrive. Just to get them settled in! We do have key lockboxes for later arrivals with clear instructions on how to let themselves in. We send this information via text the day of arrival.
Located right in the beautiful downtown core of Estes Park. Here on site of the property you can enjoy the best downtown view at LaCabana Mexican Bar & Grill`s rooftop patio. Just minutes away from a nice stroll down The Big Thompson River Walk and a nice grassy area at Bond Park were the Elk love to graze. We are also just a 10 minute walk from The Stanley Hotel Grounds.
LaCabana Mexican Restaurant is on site and guests to the restaurant do walk through the courtyard and commons areas to get to the entrance. The restaurant hours are from 11am to 8pm, open until 9:30pm on weekends, Tuesday through Sunday. Hours are shorter in the winter months. You may experience a certain noise level being in a downtown location and guests walking to the restaurant.
If you experience any noise after 10pm our property manager lives on site. You will be given the property managerâs direct contact closer to your stay and is available 24/7 to take care of any noise problems immediat
Here on The Courtyard Shops & Flats Property we have a private parking lot reserved just for our tenants and vacation guests. Each vacation flat will get one reserved spot.
The Town of Estes Park has a FREE Trolley service. (schedule below)
Spring/Early Summer Service
May 28 â June 30: Red Route/Trolley only (Daily)
Daily Summer Service
July 1 â Sept. 12 (Daily) â Red, Blue, Brown, Gold and Silver
July 3 â Sept. 12 (Sat & Sun ONLY) â Green/Express
Late Summer/Early Fall Service
Sept. 12 â October 17: Red Route/Trolley only (Daily)
When in service, the Red, Blue, Brown, Gold and Silver Routes run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Green (Express) Route runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WINTER SERVICE:
Town of Estes Park shuttles operate Fridays 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Winter Trolley Holiday Schedule
The Town`s free Winter Trolley will be observing the following holiday schedule:
Friday, December 24: Regular service (Noon - 6 p.m.)
Saturday, December 25: No service
Sunday, December 26: Regular service (Noon - 6 p.m.)
Friday, December 31: Regular service (Noon - 6 p.m.)
Saturday, January 1: Regular service (10 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
Sunday, January 2: Regular service (Noon - 6 p.m.)
Parking, we have our very own private parking lot and allow 2 parking passes.
No smoking of marijuana in the unit or on the property. Tobacco smoking is to be done 25 feet from the building.
