+ No smoking inside or out; no outdoor wood firepits, no parties. 6 guests max.
+ We`ve arranged a deal with our cleaning service that allows us to keep our cleaning fees lower than the vast majority of houses this size. Guests need to wash their dishes & start a load of towels in the washer, which saves the cleaners an hour of work while the machine runs.

Welcome to the land of elk, deer and wild turkeys -- they`re everywhere!

My cabin sits in a wildlife corridor between the Prospect Mountain Open Space and Giant Track Mountain, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It`s a great place to recharge with family and friends, and it`s basically an outdoor zoo with free admission :)

The home features a main floor with full size washer/dryer, bathroom, queen bedroom with private fireplace, full kitchen with a ton of amenities, and an open living/dining area. Upstairs you`ll find two bedrooms, a seating area, and a powder room and shower room.

My favorite part of the retreat is the super fun back yard, with a big deck, BBQ, ample seating, a gas fire pit and our friendly and enormous flocks of wild turkeys.

Bedroom 2 - Upstairs king, adjacent to an upstairs seating area with a half bath plus another bathroom with a shower/sink.

Living Room - The open living/dining area has a huge sectional couch, big smart TV and a wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood, available from the nearby Country Supermarket).

WiFi - My home employs stable WiFi network connected to a 1GB fiber line (fastest in Estes). Stream and work with confidence!

LAUNDRY & COOKING

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy your morning coffee with a drip coffee maker.

Laundry: A new front-load washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use.

Events, loud music and noises, and parties are prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise level.

NONPAYING GUESTS

My insurance requires that nonpaying and non-registered guests are not allowed on property.

AIR CONDITIONER

Like nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C, but the cool mountain air will quickly cool the home down in the evenings when you open the windows.

- Town Noise Ordinance: No music or loud noise after 9pm. The home is a in a quiet nieghborhood.
- Like nearly all homes in Estes there is no A/C. Evening breezes are very cool!
- We have negotiated a lower cleaning fee with the cleaners that`s based on guests doing dishes and starting a load of towels at checkout.
- No cable. Please bring your own streaming accounts for the smart TV apps.
