Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet conveniently close to Estes Park's visitor parking garage and the charming downtown Riverwalk, Eldondale provides easy access to both downtown shopping and the entrances of nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. Surrounded by pristine pine forests, the home boasts a covered wrap-around deck where you can marvel at views of the iconic Stanley Hotel, the majestic Rockies, and perhaps catch a glimpse of passing wildlife.

Inside, a modern kitchen adorned with sleek granite countertops awaits your culinary endeavors, fully equipped to bring your gastronomic creations to life. Gather around the spacious dining area for hearty family meals, then retire to the inviting vaulted living room warmed by a cozy gas fireplace and framed by expansive windows showcasing Estes Park below.

With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, Eldondale ensures comfortable lodging for all. The main-level master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and a lavish ensuite bathroom featuring a charming copper soaking tub and a stylish step-in shower. Upstairs, discover another king bedroom and a twin bedroom, complemented by a full bathroom with a convenient step-in shower. The lower level offers a serene king bedroom, an additional full bathroom, and a cozy living area with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Family meeting family

My children/spouses and four grandchildren traveled from Ohio to Estes Park to meet Colorado family members and check out RMNP. The house worked well for us and eating breakfast every morning while looking at the mountains was just spectacular!

Beautiful home with the most magnificent views. All the amenities you need and more. Short drive to town. Hot tub views are incredible and perfect retreat after hiking all day. Feels like you’re in a mountain lodge(because you are). Will definitely be back. Very luxurious mountain vibe.

Stunning luxurious home with incredible view

The size and location of the home fit a girls weekend getaway perfectly! It had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay immensely! One request I’d make is a mattress topper (even something optional) for all the beds. They were all very firm. The pillows are all fairly flat as well. Other than that, it was the perfect stay and I would love to return!!

Amazing Views

My family absolutely loved Eldondale! Gorgeous views and abundance of wildlife. Just a quick 5 min drive on paved roads from town and all of the activities in Estes Park. Only downfall is there is a little bit of road noise during the day. Don't let that steer you away from enjoying the spectacular views from the porch of Eldondale.

Beautiful home with rustic charm. Absolutely stunning views. All the accommodations you would ever need. Brand new home. Super clean, and just perfect. Close to town. Morning coffee in the hot tub with spectacular views is how I loved starting every day. Owner and management have great communication at all times.

Stunning home, gracious hosts

We booked a two-night stay for a long weekend in the mountains. The house and views are stunning. Exceptionally clean, a well-appointed kitchen with everything you could need and plenty of space for our four adults, teenager and three kiddos. We ran into some plumbing issues during our stay due to the freezing temps but the management company and the homeowners were incredibly prompt in handling and very gracious in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Amazing house

The house was brand new, clean, and exceptional. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to enjoy an escape from reality. Location is very close to downtown Estes Park and several trail heads directly across the street. Rocky Mountain National Park was 10 minutes away. We had a minor house issue which was addressed quickly.

Family Time

Perfect place for our multigenerational family gathering. Home was fantastic, plenty of space for all. College kids enjoyed the hot tub, we all loved hiking in RMNP and the fabulous local restaurants. We were aware of having only starter supplies but with the price point of this rental more would have been appreciated. Have a rental myself and would never not have adequate essentials available. Definitely recommend Eldondale.

Amazing mountain view. Christmas decorations were beautiful. Extremely clean. We enjoy cooking as a family and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. Just the right size for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. Comfortable living room furniture. Short easy drive to downtown Estes Park. Management company was very responsive when needed. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle to ascend the driveway if you are expecting snow during your visit.

Unbelievable Experience

Our stay at Eldondale was beyond amazing. We arrived at night, so didn't see the view until early the next day. I was speechless, and all I could think of was, "purple mountains majesty!" The home is well laid out and beautifully appointed, but the views and the proximity to Estes Park are fantastic. We loved it so much that a few days of our trip even the kids wanted to stay at home just so we could enjoy the place. The folks at SkyRun were amazing as well. They took such good care of us before and during our stay making sure everything was ready for us. They have a great staff and have all the answers. We even had a dental emergency and they helped us find a dentist who got us fixed up in just a couple of hours. 5 stars just isn't enough!!

Amazing cabin! Sky Run property management not so amazing.

The place is amazing and we had a wonderful stay but there were some issues with property managers. Hot tub was cloudy and when you turn on jets there was 6+ inches of nasty foam. I informed SkyRun. They sent maintenance out and said it was clean enough. I would never let people in my hot tub at home if it was that dirty. Then hot water heater pilot light went out and there was a loud beeping coming from locked room all night. Called 24 emergency # and no response. Called corporate offices and even tried social media to get in touch with someone. They finally called me back around noon and sent someone out. I think we had hot water back around 4PM. Even with the SkyRun problems this place is magical and we had a great time.
