The space
Elk Run Retreat is appointed with modern mountain decor and every comfort you might need. Our open-concept space is perfect for family fun and relaxation. From the cozy living area with ample seating, you can access the kitchen or master bedroom with ease.

CONDO FEATURES: Ground level entrance, Flat screen TV w/ Roku in every room and living room, gas fireplace, private patio, master bedroom w/handicap accessible en-suite bathroom

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, full sized fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker w/ complimentary K-cups

This condo is just as advertised, easy walk to downtown, well laid out and communication with hosts were answered quickly. Very close to Rocky Mountain Park entrance and on some mornings even had elk in our front yard. Kitchen is well stocked and layout was perfect for us.

This is a great condo! Perfect location, very easy to walk into town or drive to the park. Condo was very easy to get in to. Parking was right out front and nice to be on the first level. Owners thought of everything and all of the little extras really made our stay perfect! We would definitely rent here again. Even saw some elk right out front

Excellent location...just a 1/2 mile walk to downtown. The condo is nicely furnished and comes complete with just about everything you could need / want. Owner is very responsive. I would definitely give this a 5 star rating. My only negative is that there is some noise from the people in their bedroom upstairs.

Extended Family vacation

Our group had a wonderful stay in Estes Park and this condo was a great location for it! We appreciated the location being within a short walk to town, the Estes Tram and several activities & restaurants. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short drive away as are all other places in Estes if you prefer not to walk. The condo was well supplied with kitchen and bathroom items, games, additional bedding, portable fans, etc. They aren't listed on the site but there was even a toaster, blender, and crock pot in addition to the basics. We prepared several meals while there and found everything we needed.A member of our party has difficulty walking and this condo was a good fit for them with one level from the parking lot, one level inside and a handicap accessible bathroom. We had 7 adults aged from early 20s to over 70 and found that it accommodated us well. We appreciated being able to bring our dog too.The host was friendly & responsive and we would recommend this location for your stay!

Great place for our family of 7. Great location.

Great place for our family. Close to RMNP and walking distance to many things in Estes Park. During our stay we just walked across the street to 2 breweries and the Estes Park Aerial Tram. Property was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Property is on the ground floor and single story. Excellent communication with host. Will definitely be coming back again!

Needed a place to stay with some friends near downtown for an event. This place was nice, clean and a very easy walk to the event and other downtown attractions, we never moved our car during our stay.

Comfortable condo Great location

We were in town for a few days to visit friends and this condo proved to be perfect. Easy to walk to town, and only 1.5 miles from our friends! We found the accommodations clean and comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, and Jordanne, easy to communicate with. As an added bonus, for this time of the year, the condo was nicely decorated for the holidays! We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future visits.

Wonderful accommodation!

This is our 4th visit to Estes Park, and this was the best rental to date. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It was quiet. It was so nice to be able to walk to town. The entrance to the PRk was close too. The communication with the hosts was great - prompt and thorough. We hope to return to this rental!

Our new favorite new home away from home!

This VRBO unit was wonderful. We loved this place and the owners are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The unit was very clean, up-to-date, and enough room for 7 adults. The easy entrance for elderly folks was perfect for our moms. We visit Estes Park every Fall for a girl's weekend. We all agreed this is our new favorite place to stay and we will definitely be coming back next Fall! Such a warm and welcoming place to stay. Thank you to the owners! You made our trip so fun and easy.

Great visit again. We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. the beds were also comfortable. Really had tourble with the TV in figuring out how to get just live TV. Left it up to my wife and her sister as I hade no desire to watch TV on my vacation. Really does need better instructions.

Extremely nice stay

5 star all the way. The property was better than expected - very comfortable and homey feel. It was very clean; the beds were comfortable; and the kitchen had every appliance and utensil that anyone would need. We especially liked sitting on the front porch enjoying the perfect fall weather. We also saw a herd of elk one night passing on the other side of the street. It was a great 3 days.

Fun Estes Park stay

We enjoyed our time in Estes Park and RMNP. The condo made a good hub for us and we were happy to relax there at the end of busy hiking days. Everything needed for a relaxing stay was provided. We especially enjoyed the elk herd that visited us on our first night!
