Comfy Cozy Retreat

You enter the house with an open feeling between the kitchen and living room. A coat rack is on the wall in the hallway opposite the bathroom which is next to the washer dryer. At the end sit the two bedrooms called the blue room and the green room. Animals roam close to the house. They are fun to watch but do not touch. Inside the cozy house there is a heat pump that keeps the place comfortable year round. In back of the green bedroom is a greenhouse that can also be a sun room on cold winter days when you want to get out and watch the animals but don't want to be very cold. You also have access to a garage complete with a loft. It is large enough to be a place to do a hobby or for children to have a small play room.
The small 14 unit community is friendly. The association takes care of managing the road including snow removal.
You are walking distance from the Country Market, a full grocery store and about half a dozen restaurants of differing price ranges. You are 5 minutes from either the YMCA of the Rockies and Rocky Mountain National Park. Downtown is also only about 5 minutes away. It's a great location and a cozy house.
